  • Plateau?

Well, here I am at week ten of JP's 90 day beginner program(I follow it almost to a "T") and I think I may have reached a plateau. I have been measuring weekly and keeping a log of the results (I will post at the end of the 90 days). I did see some initial gains, and then the gains just stopped. I haven't lost anything, just haven't had any new results. Do I start adding in any new exercises? Do I take some time off? Any suggestions?

Don't change but one thing. Stop measuring weekly. Measure once a month instead. Very few can actually see gains week to week but many see gains month to month. I measured month to month initially but now I won't measure until 3 months go by. Even the best of gains aren't that noticeable weekly so it is discouraging to many who measure that way, when there's no reason to be discouraged. Gains come in very small amounts so give it more time in between. Do however pay attention to detail in your PIs and any obvious changes.
    Good Luck!
