  • MrE's progress log

I am geing to keep this simple, some day to day and any progress or changes I make.

I started the Jp90 in june.

    Starting stats
    6" el
    6.5 bpel
    5" fl
    7" bpfsl
    5.25 meg
    5.5 beg

Over the first month, I stuck strictly with the jp90. The fifth week, I added some more directional stretches and kegals. The past week, I have added some squeezes and a 20 min pump session at 3-5 hg. While I don't know that one 20 min session will do much, it is a easy way to keep the expansion a little longer.

    End of 6 week stats

    6.25" el
    6.75" bpel
    5.5" fl
    7.25" bpfsl
    5 3/8" meg
    5.5" beg

I am happy with my early progress and that I have been able to judge and adjust my workload without overdoing it. My next step will be edging and adding more pump sessions as I feel I can handle the workload.

I noticed that since I have added some more stretches to the jp90, I have some trouble, in my later reps, keeping my erection level for jelqing. Like I said, only on the later reps. Last night I tried doing just some light, warm-up stretches, then jeqing, followed the additional stretches. I found it much easier to keep mu erection level where I wanted it that way. Also, I had no problem getting an erection for squeezes afterward. Ended with two 20min pump sessions and feel great today. Woke up with crazy wood and have been just ggenerally "plump" all day.

So, I passed the 60 day mark on Monday and have not really noticed any more progress. My eq still seems to be about the sam and still have increased vascularity but my measurements have not changed since my plus 1/4 length and 1/8 girth I saw at 6 weeks. I have probably not been getting enough sleep and I am sure that cannot be advantageous but I am getting a bit discouraged.

Ok, I have decided to end my jp90 a week early. Well, that is not completely true, I am sticking with some manuals but have decided to get into hanging. My piece is conditioned and honestly just ready for a heavier workload. I have also realized a half inch bone pressed gain and a quarter inch girth which, from what I have read here, seems to be between average and maximum for gains with jp90. I decided to press on rather than than stagnate in my comfort zone. I will continue to do some manual stretches in the shower and jelq between hanging sets But manuals will not be the bulk of my workout . I started Sunday with two 20min sets at 6lbs in the morning and three at night. I have to say, the feeling is intense but I do not seem to get fatigued. I did another three sets last night. For my hanger, I made something similar to a captain's wench, which seems to work well for the weight I am currently using and I made a rig so that I can stretch during the day with it. I didn't have time to hang this morning, so I opted for a stretch. I have been wearing it a little over three hours and feels great.

Ok, sctatch that "not feeling fatigued" noise I spoke earlier. I am definitely feeling the fatigue today. I did two sets this morning and had to drop weight for the second one. Def intense.
