    Hey everyone! I am making this log so i can observe my progress and gains in PE... i first started in july 09. I bought exercising the penis as a gift for myself to improve my unit. i started with 6.5 bpel x 4.8/4.9 eg. After 4 months i was 7.2 bpel x 5.1 eg. after 5 months(present time) i am now 7.4/7.5 bpel when i have a raging hard on. I will now focus on girth exercises.

        I just did edging after my workouts for the last 5 days of workout. and i must say that it really helps with the girth. It feels plumper, heavier, and it retains more blood for a longer period of time.

          I overtrained last two days and caused a blister on the underside of my shaft that is 2mm big. Gud thing that there are gud veterans in this forum that has gud advice. I wil now take a week off to heal and see what happens. But there is a moral lesson in this story. DONT OVETRAIN!!! This lesson will be forever scarred in my head.

            The blister/bump is almost completely gone. My estimate is it will be gone next wednesday. Its almost 2 weeks since i pe'd. Cant wait!

              My injury is gone!!! I just pe`d a while ago for 30 min with low intensity coz didnt want to injure myself again. Bad news is im now 7 bpel and 4.9 eg. Hopefuly i will get back my previous gains.

                You will get back your gains kid ;I must admit I am surprised how much you lost. But this will only give you more fun gaining it back.
                A small guy with a big dick will look very striking.

                  Oh thanks pegasus for the encouraging words... That is exactly what i wanted to hear.. Btw im not that small i am 5`11", so not bad for an asian guy.

                    Hey kid keep it up! its interesting that we both gained almost the same amount of size over a 4 month period i went from 6.5 to 7.1 Bpel and from 4.75 Eg to 5.25 EG anyway im sure you will gain back what you lost fairly fast so dont worry about it too much!

                      thanks for the encouragment johnsmith.... i already gained most of it back... i hope we all reach our goal!!! im hoping by this coming summer ill reach my mid goal of 7.5 x 5.5...

                      anyways since people are posting their routines ill post mine too... since i injured myself and need a bit of conditioning again i cut my workload and time spent with the routine... i now do only 30-35 min of PE every other day... i am now focusing on girth since my bpel is 7.3, i know ill gain minimal length but i want to gain more GGGGGGGGGIIIIIIRRRRRRRRTHHHHH!!!

                      routine:

                      10 min warmup with rice sock
                      2 sets of stretching 30 sec hold each
                      10 min of jelqing with 60-80% EQ
                      30 reps of side jelq (for girth and fix slight curve)
                      5 reps of 30 sec squeeze with 60% EQ

                      when january comes hopefully my unit will be conditioned again so i can do the ulis...
