    Yes indeed, been doing RKs during my set and throughout the day. I was doing much more kegeling compared to RKs, but a few weeks back I noticed I was feeling pretty tight in my pelvic floor during sex and kept reaching the PONR too quickly. I never really suffered from Prem E before so I immediately made sure there were more RKs in my routine than kegels!

    During my first set of stretches (before the re-warm) I do 10 kegels, 10 kegels-to-reverse kegels, and then 10 RKs during each stretch. During the day I do at least 10 more sets like that at random times, focusing these days on the RKs and full relaxation down there...

      Rest Days

      Had to take two rest days in a row - spent 16 hours yesterday working on a tight deadline project . Really looking forward to enjoying my next session!

        Let me know how you like the green tea and omega-3. It not only helped my PE but just made my mental state better throughout the day too.
        For now, I've been drinking green tea before and during my PE and my unit has been plumper during the stretches. It definitely affects me mentally. I'm going to finish the week off with just green tea and next week I'll add in some Omega-3s. Any brand in particular that you use? I'll keep you updated by the end of the week.

            Glad to hear you're digging the tea! For omega-3 I was taking the Kirkland coated fish oil capsules for awhile, but for the last few months I've been having a few tablespoons of flax seed, organic DHA-enriched milk and a serving of salmon or sardines every day.

                Great session, getting lots of stretch and heaviness during the jelqs. I guess I'm on the last week of this cycle of JP90 - when I'm done I suppose I'll measure and most likely continue with more of the same.

                  I usually have a podcast, youtube clips or PEGym to look at while I'm stretching, but during the jelqs I put all that away and concentrate on developing my powers of erection control - using imagination and focus to harden it up, or relaxation/breathing/RKs to bring down the level when it gets too hard. I've seen alot of threads recently about guys who are so used to porn that they've lost the ability to visualize themselves into an erection...really unfortunate...

                      Managed to PE even though I spent all day at Disneyland on not enough sleep...and now I'm completely exhausted. But the little bastard got worked! A few more days and I'll be officially done with JP90. Time for some measuring!

                          I live right nearby so unfortunately it wasn't a vacation (well, a day-cation maybe..). I'm not the biggest Disney fan but I went all day for my girlfriend's birthday, and kept a smile on my face. The things you do for love!

                            Maybe it's the fact that I've been sleep-deprived for a few days and then finally got a good eight hours, but this session my unit felt huge. The damn thing felt so plump that the v-jelqs were making my fingers sore. Sessions like this make PE addictive!

                                Gotta work on removing more body tension during edging...and breathe. An old martial arts friend used to use as his mantra "I can always relax more..." - best to keep that in mind.
