When I signed up I accidentally setup whatabemegaman instead of wannabemegaman. So that is why the name is different in the log.
First log entry.
This is my first entry into the log and I have been PE'ing for about 10 days now. On Friday, Aug 23rd I hung for 5 sets of 20 minutes:
3 Sets @ 5lbs for 20 Minutes Each BTC
10 minutes between each set
2 Sets @ 5lbs for 20 minutes OTL
10 minutes between each set
After 10 days I feel it is going really well. I have already seen gains during this short period of time. I hope this is a sign if things to come and that bigger gains are right around the corner.
I also ordered a ProExtender to add into my workout routine. I decided to skip JP90 after reading mixed reviews and after deciding that I just don't have that much time on my hands, literally, to keep my hands on my penis. I work out of the house and only have so much time in the day. My wife does not know about the PE'ing so I have to do it when she is not at home. That is really my reason for buying the ProExtender .
It also puts me on a M-F schedule as well with every weekend off. I am not sure if my hanging is correct or not and whether I need to modify. Here are my stats on day one:
BPEL: 7.5"
NBPEL: 7.2"
EG: 5.5"
BPFSL: 7.75"
NBPFSL: 7.25"
Non-BPFL: 5.2"
FG: 4"
Now 8 days later with stretching and wearing a Stealth all day long every day:
BPEL: 7.10" - with an EQ of 9 or 10
NBPEL: 7.5"
EG: 5.5" (unchanged)
BPFSL: 8" (when warm)
NBPFSL: 7.375"
Non-BPFL: 5.2" (unchanged)
FG: 4" (unchanged)
Extremely happy with gains so far. They don't seem to be permanent as it changes from day to day. It could be that I just had a better day on the last measurement.
Something I am not sure of is if I am getting the proper stretch when hanging. From what best I can measure I am not getting to full BPFSL when hanging. I started with 2.5lbs of weight and I was only stretching to 6.5". Then I upped the weight and I am stretching to only 7.25" from what I can tell. I can only assume that I need to stick with the 5lbs until I am sure I can handle more than bump it up to see if I can get to the full 8" stretch.
