  • 3rd time asking

Hi everyone - This is like the third time im asking this question because no one seems to want to give me an answer..

Long story i was 19 when i started jelquing - at 6.7 inches - i think i gained- my dick felt bigger and meatier- My ex who was my GF at the time said to me whilst giving me a hand job "Can't believe your dick is still growing at this age - you're getting a bit thicker.-- Yes i was excited-- she always said you're a late bloomer..
Anyways i stopped after 1 and a half months.. because i was lazy and i thought my dick was meatier enough.

A year later i have lost all my gains.. i'm 6.5 now - This doesn't make sense - Maybe i measured wrongly back then. But all i know is that now im 6.5

I know PE works - but its so tiring and time consuming i used to spend like an hour back then on PE... i'm planning to get back into it - But with a whole new routine - Back then my old routine was this -
    5mins warm up
    10mins stretch
    10mins v stretch
    10mins jelq
Bend my dick all the way to my ass - As in between my legs and sit on it for 5-10mins (Apparently that increases girth)
1-2mins soft massage and 5 mins warm down

Did that for 1 day on 1 day off..

Now am about to go back into PE - i'm 21 now.. at 6.5 - But i want to try this
    5mins warm up
    10mins Jelq
    5mins stretch
    warm down - 5mins

Then come back later in the day - Maybe before i go bed -
    5mins warm up
    10mins jelq 5mins stretch - warm down

You get the idea... so basically i want to PE at intervals - something like 2/3 times a day.

Do you think its plausible ?? And will i gain normally ?? Who has done this before ?? And what do you think of my old routine ??

An answer will be greatly appreciated from all of you!! Thanks everyone

One thing to keep in mind Drizzy is that the same routine doesn't work the same for everybody. There are proven methods that do work well such as JP90 but it doesn't do it for every single guy. Different intervals, different exercises, different intensity can be different from one guy to the next. Best thing to do is try it out for a while and watch your PI's and be sure to measure properly so you can gauge if it's working for you. Then adjust if necessary. Also remember that when you change only one thing in your routine it may affect others. You may have to change intervals after changing an exercise. I used to do 5 on 2 off but when I added certain things, I found 2 on 2 off or 3 on 2 off worked better. Just need to go through the same trial and error that all the successful guys have had to do. Good luck with it.
    Bondage.
Some people call it domestic violence.
    We call it foreplay.

I agree with L4M. PE being so individualized, and built off trial and error, is probably the reason a lot of guys give up. I think the effort is what makes it so frustrating and great at the same time.

Sounds like you had some newbie gains, that faded away before they were cemented. If you had some gains from your old routine, even just visually or EQ wise, why change it up. If nothing else, it sounds like a great routine to get you conditioned, and experienced to what your body will respond to. You can learn from it, and then decide what you want to change, when your in a better position to do so.

Patience and consistency. Don't rush it, or you might end up injured and on the sidelines. Best of luck to you drizzy123.
