  • Here we go!

I'm going to be starting the 90 day beginners routine tomorrow.
I'm 6.5 inches in length and 5.6 inches in girth when erect.
I don't want a great deal more! 1" in length and around .5" in girth.
    Wish me luck!

    Welcome to the Gym ShaShau.
If you haven't seen it yet, take a look through this thread. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html. Lots of good safety tips, routines, etc. that can do you some good. Please ask if you have any questions that the thread doesn't answer. Good luck with it brother.
    Bondage.
Some people call it domestic violence.
    We call it foreplay.
    Got cuffs? GAME ON!

Just logged on for the first time in a long while. I have been inactive on this forum for a long time but saw your thread and wanted to comment. Your progress thread has the same title as mine (I created mine over 2 years ago), which I thought was a nice coincidence, so I'm going to give you a bit of advice.

The most important thing in PE, more than the number of jelq strokes you do per session, more than the number of times you stretch your penis with your hands, more than the amount of time you spend clamping each day, is consistency.

If you aren't consistent, nothing else matters, you will not gain. And believe me, most people do not make great gains early on, some people don't gain anything for a long time (checking in), but if you are gonna let stuff like that get to you, you may as well not even start because you'd just be wasting your time.

Every time you measure and you see no gains, do not think of it as a failure, think of it as one step closer to success, because you've just found one other combination of exercises that DOES NOT WORK, that's another one you can cross off the list and if you cross off enough, eventually, you will come across one that DOES WORK for you, it may take a while, but it is worth the effort in the end. The only failure is to give up, everything else is either a success or preparation for success. Ask questions, get advice, just do not stop.

              Peace.
The biggest risk you can take in life is not to take any risks at all.

Success is achieved first through the mind, then through the world, never the other way around.

For as you think, you shall become.

Just remember Thomas Edison.... when asked about his thousands of failures to create a light bulb, he replied that he just discovered a thousand ways not to make a light bulb.

It is easier said than done, to accept no gains, but we are all going to go through that once in a while.
God gave us a penis and a brain, but not enough blood to use both at the same time.

Exactly, or Michael Jordan, who said that he failed over and over again, and that is why he succeeded. It is indeed much easier said than done, but thankfully forums like this one exist to keep people motivated
