  • Mental's Vacextender progress log

I've been spending some time using a vacextender traction device. Though I find it hard to spend serious time with it, here are my results so far:

    Month one: 25.50 hrs
    Month two: 31.75 hrs

    Starting: BPEL: 6.5 EG 4 5/8"
After month two: BPEL 6.5" EG 4 5/8"

So no change after two months. Granted, I haven't got a lot of time in. I'll keep at it and see how it goes.

One side affect I've started to notice is water blistering. I just received the constriction sleeve, so we'll see if that helps. I was taping before, and it helped, but I think this ight work better.

    Will report further progress.

The constriction sleeve was giving me some trouble, but I think I have it solved. It got a bit of a tear on the inside the first day, so I ended up cutting it off, just below the second ridge point (the lower one). Now it just covers the head and is much more comfortable and reliable.

I've also finally accepted the fact that lower tension makes a huge difference for comfort. Between this and the new sleeve, I can pretty much wear this all day. Just need some breaks every 2-3 hrs to allow for fresh circulation in the head.

Well, my constriction sleeve ripped after two days. Guess I've got a week or two off, right when things were picking up!

Well then, why don't you just start an a manual exercise program?

My biggest problem with jelqing etc (I do spend a few minutes with it in the shower each day), is that I get hard super easy. If I even look at my dick, it gets hard. Not sure how to get around this, unless I was to masturbate right before each session. That tends to bring down my energy levels though.

Finally got my replacement constriction sleeves today, so I'm back at it. Going for 8hrs today. My goal is 40hrs per week, with weekends off.

Despite the long breaks waiting for more constriction sleeves (wow those things rip easily), I managed to double my time this month to 60hrs. Not really any significant progress though:

                Month one: 25.50 hrs
                Month two: 31.75 hrs
                Month three: 60 hrs

                Starting: BPEL: 6.5 EG 4 5/8"
After month two: BPEL 6.5" EG 4 5/8"
                After month three: BPEL 6 5/8" EG 4 5/8"

I don't really trust the measurement though. It was taken right after wearing the extender for 8 or so hours. I've actually measured 6.75" before, but in the morning, it seems to always read 6.5" again.

My goal for month four is another doubling of wearing time to 120hrs. Hoping to read 6.75 at the end. Stay tuned!

For the first two months you barely did an hour a day. That little amount of time is not believed to produce results.

Sadly, from my own experience that is pretty much DEAD ON. With length training, if you are using resistance that works out to well under 15lbs, yes FIFTEEN you won't see very good results with less than a few HOURS a DAY....and CONSISTENTLY. I have not seen in over NINE YEARS of being on different PE forums one man come out and hands down, conclusively show, nor convince me that he had gotten a less weight, longer time method to work for length. Basically, if it's COMFORTABLE, you won't get anywhere with PE. Not to be the proverbial party pooper, but it's just the truth from what I've seen. Devices are good money though, and if I had the resources, I'd be in the busine$$.

When I was hanging weights, I didn't have the most aggressive approach I'd ever seen, with the amount of weight I used. I worked up to using 15-17.5lbs on most sets with the occasional heavier set...25-27.5lbs. However, I did get in as much time as possible. 3-4 hours daily, 5-6 days per week. I kept an actual written down log back then, and I had months where I had over 100 hours of hang time. I gained when I logged at least 15 hours consistently per week. I've seen some men swear by the less is more approach, but again, I've never seen conclusive proof that it worked. Never seen ONE MAN who was ONLY using an extender device make impressive gains...who could back it up with more than text on the screen. A semi-exception would be in the case of a minority of men I've seen using what they called ''extreme hanging''. Rather than focusing purely on TIME, they kept their sets to one, maybe two per day. 10-20 minutes per set. HOWEVER, they focused on progressively adding weight every week. Some working up to 40lbs. That sounds extreme, and it is for hanging when you consider you have a solid, unforgiving device bolted to your penis. Unlike your more forgiving hands. Even though it is indeed possible to exert much more resistance with manual stretching, the sets are shorter. Accumulatively though, multiple sets add up.
