    Cool stuff, huh? Below,

I am going to take the opportunity to record my thoughts on PE so far including, My Results, PE as a Project, Future Goals, Routines and Injuries. One day, far away from now I will look back and read this post and remember who I was in this period of my life.

    Results

For me, PE has been a tool to expand myself. Since the day I found out about PE, I have read for an average of two or three hours each day. In the beginning, the only topic I read about was PE, but after I felt I understood the basics of PE, I started reading about women. The female mind, anatomy, emotions, etc. Then, an interesting thing started to happen, I started to become more conformable with myself, my sexuality, etc. I'm more comfortable with nakedness and the size of my penis. I am learning what I have too offer in a sexual relationship, talking to girls is easier than it ever has been and I'm even comfortable talking about sex in a way that I never was before. The way I look at and interact with females has changed, I have a new found love and respect for women. I have learned (and am still learning) how to offer massive amounts of value and create a good time for everyone around me (guys included)!

I have used PE to expand myself in some ways many people never do. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time PEing and the paragraph above shows a broad example of how PE has helped me.

Because, if the only thing you are getting out of PE is size, you're not doing it wrong, you're just wasting your time.

And of course I gained an inch... I love to expand myself through reading and learning, the results have been amazing, but nothing I can openly brag about yet (except to you guys). When you have real results attached to your own body that you will see for the rest of your life, you know you did something right. No one can really deny adding size to your penis is an amazing achievement that few believe is possible and fewer will ever do.

    Extra: PE as a project.

"The larger the quantity of bigger problems that you solve in the least amount of time the more successful you are. So whatever you do, become a master problem solver".

One of my goals in life is to take on as many projects as I can. I really enjoy the process of getting good at something, I always have. This is the system I am developing to push myself in a direction I want to to go and ultimately get the results I want.

    1. Recognize opportunity
Make sure you are spending your time in a place that has the potential to yield exponential good results. See an opportunity for what it is. Be able to evaluate it, understand how big it is and what value it offers. Often times, you can take something like PE with great long term results and add more value to the opportunity by using it as a time to simultaneously learn and excel in other areas.

    2. Take on projects
Once you have recognized a great potential opportunity, screen it. Make sure that it's actually something you want to do.Make sure that the people who do it are people you want to relate to or be like. Take into account what kind of project skills you can learn from taking on this project and how. This is something that you will be dedicating a part of your life to for a few months or years. It's going to become a part of you. DOUBLE CHECK that it that it provides great long term rewards. And once you are comfortable with it and you know for a fact your not going to get fucked over, START.

    3. Increase project skills
Any vital skill used to complete a project is called a project skill. Examples of project skills are Momentum, Focus, Workingskills, etc. If I can't actively build momentum and keep it going, I can't succeed. If I can't focus on what I'm working on, I can't succeed. If I can't effectively work on it for as long as I need to, I won't succeed at it. Byworking on a project, your project skills will increase naturally. You canspeed up this process by doing everything that you can to actively target theseskills so they improve at a faster rate. The better your project skills thebetter your results will be

    4. Have great success
As long as your understanding of the process is full enough and your project skills allow it, there's no reason you can't succeed. I believe that the things you spend your time on define you and by controlling how you spend your time and where, you can push yourself into the person you want to be.

    5. The moment your time would be better spent doing anything else, you move on. Moving on doesn't necessarily mean quitting though. Eventually, I will move on from PE, but I will never totally quit. I will probably do light exercises in the shower for the rest of my life just for EQ.

    Goals and ambitions.

My birthday is the 27th of September. My goal is to constantlyhit 8" BPEL by the time I turn 19.

By 2014 my goal is to be 8.5 BPEL.

After that I will decide whether to keep going until 9" or not. Then turnmy focus to girth while cementing my length gains. My girth goal is somewherebetween 5.8 inches and 6.2.

With the gyms support I think I might just be able to do it.

    Routine.

I don't have a specific routine or a set schedule for the days I PE.

Usually, my "workouts" look something like this.

    15 minute minimum warm up.
Stretches, bends, jelq on and off, and an exercise that I made up (not sure it does anything, but if it does, it would be for girth).
    15 minute minimum warm down.

I don't believe in having a routine. To keep it short and sweet, I believe in listening to your body. When you're able to listen hard enough, you'll know which days to PE, you'll know how much to do, and eventually, you'll learn what exercises to do by feel.

Just remember that routine isn't everything. It's equally or more important to have a good routine as it is to handling your fundamentals. Your fundamentals include Diet, Sleep and Exercise. Combined, these three things create a body that is able to recover and grow and from your workouts.

    Injuries.

I have endured only one serious penile injury so far.

I still don't know what kind of injury it was... but the short version of the story goes like this. I got into the shower and did a really hard uli for 30 seconds. I felt pain and by the time I got out of the shower, I fearfully observed a large red bump located on the underside of my base. I took time off (which, funny enough, I grew during),
freaked out, and spent time nurturing it back to health.

Since then, it has healed and I am very happy to report that I AM FINE!!!

Since then I am developed a strange hard place under skin near the top under side of the shaft. It almost looks like a hair under my skin not sure what it is but it causes no pain. Oh, and I strained a ligament, no big deal.

It's extremely important to cultivate a healthy fear of injuries.

And there you have it fokes. Its been a pleasure to be a part of the pegym to this point. It's been a bigger part of my life than I can really say. Just know that I wouldn't be the person who I am today had it not been for this site.

Strangely enough, no. I may be wrong but the last time I measured girth I think I saw an extra .05 inches. But who knows.

Grats on 1 inch dude, that's something I can dream of. By the way did you lose any girth or anything? at glans, mid shaft or base? Did you lose EQ? As the erect penis is probably a bit heavier now because of the volum increase. etc-.

I haven't lost any girth or EQ. Why would I? PE improves EQ and just because it grows one way doesn't mean it will shrink the other way.

Thank You!!! To answer your question, no, I didn't use an extender or Bathmate. I think extenders have benefits but I highly doubt a Bathmate is worth your time or money. This is just my opinion from what I've read, as I've never tried it. Still, who do you know who has claimed to have gained two inches in length and one in girth from a bathmate?

              Hey man,

A little late, but congrats! I wanted to post to say how much I admire your approach to PE. I am in complete agreement- PE seems best to me when treated as a positive life-long project, rather than a stressful chore with some strict goal. Not to say it shouldn't involve goal setting, of course.

I wish I could say that I have gained as much as you have- I started at around 6.25 and after 6 months am at 6.5. But I've enjoyed the experience, and look forward to working to improve my PE workouts and gains. It's all good stuff man.
