    Thought i share this with u guys,i have to brag a bit and maybe it will motivate others
    Didnt measure for a week and now when i did i realised i gained another 0.15 inches in lenght,which brings it up to to a total of 0.3 inches in length in 4 weeks...
    I mean im thrilled with results especially since i thought i gained a lot more in girth then i did in lenght,this stuff really works
    This brings me up to a total of 6.3 inches not bone pressed,7 is the goal

    Btw just did my girth measure and its 5.7 is that average or a bit more cause im pretty satisfied with the girth...

    Nice work!

    I believe around 5" girth is the average, though I stand to be corrected..

    What has your routine been these last four weeks to enable such prompt growth??

      First i heat it up under shower with hot water for maybe 3-4 min
      Then i do stretching
      helicopter shakes 20 more or less
      stretch to the right hold and 20 kegels
      helicopter shakes 20
      stretch to the left hold and 20 kegels
      repeat all once more
      Then i do tunica stretch,and i think this is the bomb for lenght gains,u grap head with one hand and base with other then stretch in opposite directions,not too hard,and do this 4,5 times
      Then jelqing 150 total,after every 25 jelqs i stop for a min cause i get an erection and massage it for maybe 10 sec,i do the massage to reduce the risk of blood clots and get the blood flowing again,and continue the same till 150.
      I will up the jelqs to 200 in a week or so and probably add bit more stretches but nothing to dramatical.
      And ofc the warm down with a hot tower for 3-4 min.

      And thats it,its basically a jp90 technique with the tunica stretches and without the v jelqs,i do this for 5 days a week and rest for the weekend.

      Also i think a gained pretty significally in girth,i just didnt measure it when i started cause it wasnt the focus,i was always pretty girthy.
      Gonna keep you guys updated if i make some more gains,cause im really motivated and this routine takes maybe 20 min out of my day so its not really a bit hassle to me.
