After the first 8 days of "warm up", I'm ready to put in more hours. Fortunatelly the device is much more stealth than the rod extenders, so it's not that much of a hassle to accumulate min. 8 hours/day.

I'm still a little bit unsure which condom sleeve to use when wearing the phallosan. I use the medium sized bell, but I'm one of the few "lucky" ones, who's size is a little bit in between the small and medium (girth). When I use the medium sleeve it is much faster putting on/taking off, but It looses vacuum often. The small one never looses suction, but it sticks to the shaft, and it's tricky to get it off. I think I'm going to use the small one for a while, because it requires almost zero messing around when it is on. It's hard to take it off, but I can deal with that for a while (I'm hoping a max. 3 months ).

Yesterday I put in 8 hours. Today I'm going for at least 10 hours. I'm still using it in the green, and will be using it like this for at least a couple of months.

I am just barely larger girth than you and the medium fits me perfectly. From what I gather from reading the other phallosan thread and people's experiences, I took from it that guys with less than 4.5 girth needed small, 4.5 - around 5.5 for medium, and guys with over 5.5 girth used large. This is all just from reading people's stats etc. Hope this helps. I think you would be crossing over to medium very soon dude. Good luck again, and hope you see some good gains.

I have a blood penis, we have to put this in the equation too. My flaccid girth is nowhere near 4,6". I guess it's somewhere 4".

Sorry for not updating, but I moved to Canada from Europe, and I'm very very busy. There is absolutely zero privacy now, so I had to have a break. I'll continue the phallosan test as soon as I have my apartment(max1more week). I probably going to start over (1 hour for a start), because 2week was too long break.
