Had to stand up half way through my set because the weights started touching the floor, impressive stretched flaccid length extension.

Fell off the wagon a bit, really busy.

Missed Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Decided to stick with 2kg for this week since I missed 4 days in a row, I'll move up to 2.5kg on Monday.

Thanks I hang straight down, while sitting on a chair. Don't think I've reached fatigue yet, I feel I'm pretty close though!
