    Started slow to get in the swing of things.

    Basic Stretching Exercise
    20 Helicopter shakes.
    Ok grip stretching penis to the left. then 25 quick kegels.
    10 big circle stretches to the left then the right.
    ^Repeat for right, straight out, and up^

    WET Jelqing
    50 Ok jelqs
    30 V jelqs

                    I am 90% sure I can feel/see a small increase in girth already, even though it has only been 10 days since I have started. But I do not want to measure quite yet, maybe after the 2 week mark. If nothing else I certainly have a better flaccid hang. So far, so good!

                        Seemed to have trouble staying around 80% erect. Went soft many times. hmm.

                          Noticed a small red spot on the body of my penis. Also after PE there seems to be slight discoloration throughout(a dark tint, not as vibrant pink/red as before). May be signs of overtraining or gripping to hard during OK grip jelqs as I thought a harder grip would increase blood flow. May take a day or two off and if everything looks back to normal then start back up with about half the squeeze I have been using.

                            Ok so after three days of rest(11/25 - 11/27) everything is looking completely back to normal. Proceeding on to exercise with a comfortably snug grip during all of the jelqs, in place of my previous death grip.

                            First time I made it all the way through without small, sharp pains while jelqing. Looking much better.
