I remember early in the spring, I was starting to get a very good groove going with PE and weight training, and I dropped a 30 pound dumbbell on my foot. Not fun times - and you seem to keep hurting yourself. Maybe you need to sprinkle yourself with some holy water. Has someone vexed you recently?
