    Rest is good, stress is bad, it may be the cause behind your eq/girth not being up to your expectations, and its a cycle that you must break. Honestly, your girth is good, and you need not worry, BTW, measuring too often may lead to anxiety that you are better off without.

    So yea, take some time off and RELAX! Come back with a clear mind and a positive attitude that you are already good (true), and will be better (also true)!

      Thanks for the encouragement, its really needed. I started PE to gain girth for reasons I'd rather not discuss. Not making progress in that area is a bummer. I need to start looking a the bright side of things. Ive been very hard on myself lately, even tho im making progress. My women loves my cock and I know I can please her like no other. I know I'm not small by any means and should be happy were I am. Also I've made great progress in the gym. Im 6"1 and finally got back to 200 ponds last week. I look like a UFC fighter. This year I really need to get back to my positive and cocky self. All this self loathing and negative energy is taking its toll on me. It feels really good to get this out. The only person I talk to about this is my women and she thinks I'm dumb because I'm the best man she's ever had, so she says. To be honest I found this forum at my ultimate low and have been focusing all my negative energy into it by offering advice to others. Helping people makes me feel better. I will return next year with a better mind set and hopefully make those girth gains.

        That's the spirit, helping others is a great goal in and of itself, denotes a great personality.

        I see no reason not to believe your lady, if she says so she means so, plain and simple, keep that thought in your mind to fuel your positivity engine and power the light that will erase the self loathing darkness out of your mind forever, and while your at it, show her more love, its never too much!!

                            1/11/2014 rest day half chubby morning wood eq 8

                            Over this past week I've been learning a lot about PE and how to train efficiently. I realized I had been over training and that rest is very important for me. I might take a few days off again and come back with an even lighter routine again. My tunica has taken a beating this last month and is now becoming elasticity and plump again. I was PE'ing for the wrong reasons and tried to rush results. I now am doing for myself and my confidence and outlook towards life is becoming happy. No more comparing myself to others cause at the end of the day im awesome and so is my penis.
