    For all those reading this and have not started PE... start. Just a little bit a day, and you can make some big gains. *LESS IS MORE* i think i keep saying this. so much support and information on here. if you work out to lose fat, might as well make a big dick too. LoLz.

    Question: have people lost EL from gaining EG? has that set you back a lot? At one point last month, i lost about .3 in EL but gained in EG, and then the EL came back.

    UPDATE:

    Pretty much half way to my goal. Can't believe the gains, it's ridiculous. Every other week i switch from a 5 on 2 off to a 2 on 1 off schedule. Been doing a mix of jp90 and PESG's routine. Very light and consistent routine. Pump and clamp twice a week. EG gets to 5.3. Anddddd i love it.

    Measurement: so i measured for two days and keep getting different results lol. I've made gains regardless, so that's a plus! :] on average: before workouts I'm finally 7! x 4.8. Post workout i'm getting about 6.8 x 4.95ish. So not sure what this means... but i'm seeing gains and flaccid hang is coming in awesome (@4.75. would say i started at like... 3) so i ain't really trippin.

    Routine:
    warm up for 10-15. I HATE DOING THIS. but everyone says it's important... so i will listen. rawr. so i watch a show.
    stretch left (25 keg), 10 circle left/right. stretch right, circle, upleft, circle, upright, circle, up, circle, straightout, circle.

    10-15 min jelq, 3 set of uli for 30 sec, in between each set i do a... forgot the name, but a uli with you pressing down at the head. i'mma call it a compressional uli. ha. so 3 sets of those as well. sometimes i might begin or end workout with clamping for about 10 min. before or after make any difference?
    i will pump 3x a week as well, but don't really follow it before or after my workouts. just kind of do it randomly when i shower. is that okay... i mean effective? lastly, i make sure i rest at least 3x a week. so might be 2 on 1 off, or 1 on 1 off. STAY GUESSING YO.

    been doing ball jelqing.
    1) balls got bigger. like wtf.
    2) that hang tho.
    3) eh... doesn't make a difference to me. they get in the way if anything.

    Supplements:
    vit d, ginseng, zinc, l arginine, l lysine, green tea extract, gingko?
    *RECENTLY READ THAT GREEN TEA UPS ESTROGEN, IF IT'S NOT PURE TEA LEAVES. plus that bag shit aint that great anyways. stay chinky my friends. ooo-long tea, please ;]

    Questions:
    i've been doing pe for a while, is this routine getting weak? AB silicone sleeve still worth getting?? been checking that thread, still contemplating.

        I love PE. It has been amazing. I just came back from playing ball in the cold, came home and measured and was at 3.9''-4''. Where previous, my turtling was badddd. After warming up a bit, i measured at 4.9, pretty much 5''. Measured before taking shower, a solid 7x5. I honestly can't believe it. After pumping in the shower, i was at nbpel 7.2 x 5.2. my bpel is at 7.45ish!! Not yet 7.5, but close!!! The gains i've made in the last few months have been so... awesome. I thought reaching my goal would take a lot longer than the time i've put in, but i for sure am not complaining. actually i don't spend a lot of time, just being consistent and performing the right techniques i believe.

        for the first time i said ''damn, I got a big dick.''

        my EQ is still not a 10. i could have a horrible sleep schedule/pattern, but i rarely wake up with wood. just a plumpy dick. should i take a break??? <- please answer.

        New goal... 8x5.5?? seems a bit much tho.
