    My log

This is my first week of PE. My routine will be 5 days of work (from sunday to thursday) and 2 days off (friday and saturday).

Since this is my first week, I'm just trying some stuff out before I get on 90 day begginer routine. I'm performing all of my PE in shower.

Starting size: 7.3 inch/18.6 cm BPEL
    5.5 inch/14 cm girth

Current goal: Any size/girth increase to prove if PE works (I'm sure it does, just have to prove it on myself)

    Dream goal size: 8.2 inch/20.8 cm+ BPEL

    Warm Up

5 minutes of constant splashing my flaccid penis with hot water

    Stretching

5 times stretching in every direction. Maximum stretch
15 stretch circles holding by glans

    Wet jelq
I use liquid soap for intimate areas as lube

50 (if both hands count as 1) 4 second rep

    Warm down

5 minutes splash with hot water

Now, I believe this is kinda working since I sometimes have purple spots on my shaft. I've read that's perfectly normal in PE but should lessen the grip. I did that yesterday and no spots today. Also, my penis is red after workout. I guess not being used to exercise.

    Now, I have few questions:

    1. I'm uncut and during every jelq my skin covers my head. Is this okay? I decided to hold the skin at the base while the other hand does the way and then change hands.

    2. Is it okay to masturbate? I usually have 3-4 hour pause and then either jack it off or edge. Sadly, edging is quite hard to do in succession of 20 minutes. I did edging twice and on first I reached PONR in 16 and half and second time in 18 minutes and around 20 seconds (I keep stopwatch by myself).

That's all for now, I guess. Answers and any tips are more than welcome.

Foreskin with jelqing isn't really an issue, it it wants to ride up then let it, most important hing is to make sure you are jelqing your inner penis (move the blood around) and not just moving your skin around.

masturbation is a highly debated topic. Try not doing for awhile and then doing it for awhile, trial and error to see what works for you.

not sure of the soap you are using for lube (soap for intimate parts?) but soap will cause serious damage to your skin. It will irritate and dry it out pretty bad, chemical soaps will actually burn the skin. You should look into something else.

Foreskin is not an issue when it comes to jelqing? Try being uncut, with phimosis, and try to do dry jelqs.
