I'm not familiar enough with this particular brand so I can't comment on the tension...it looks like you have it on right to me...

IMPORTANT!!! With a device like this with a noose NEVER wear it at night/while sleeping or you will wake up with a dead dick from lack of circulation! This is no joke! Also, when you wear you should regularly check the head for numbness or cold. I always checked no less frequently than every 20 min and frequently more like every 5 minutes. Check more frequently until you get some experience with how your body responds.

what do u think about vlc tugger? it can be wear under clothes
and it doesen t cut cirulation

I thought about a vlc mod at one point, from what I read its a pretty good option if you have some slack skin. My circumcision is so tight that I would never have been able to use it...shame...
