    Jacking Off/sex While Extending

    I have read that you shouldn't masturbate while extending. Why is this and has anyone continued to jack off while extending and still get results?
    Same with sex, can I still have sex?

    BPEL - 5.75"

    Not aware that you can't have sex after an extending session. I do it all the time. However, I usually either jelq or pump between the two.
