  • Kegel8 V exerciser for men progress report

    I have just ordered my self the Kelgel8 V exerciser for men, after doing some research, looking at reviews, which all seem to be positive, and after various discounts, including one from my work place thought, seeing I saved my self £50, I purchase this device

    Have searched the forums, and I don't see any information on this devices use, by any member here, so thought I would give it a go, and if any other member have used something similar, would like your views on it

    Seemingly it comes with an anal probe or skin electrodes on the perineum, buttocks, back or ankle, and I try out both methods, 5 days anal probe followed by 5 days skin electrodes

    Over the coming months going to record my progress as I use this device, to strengthen my pelvic muscles, improve my erection quality, and how long I last until I come, and any other benefits I see

    So it will be interesting to see what sort of result I get

    Suggest you include reverse kegels .

      The Kegel8 arrived this afternoon, quickly read through the instructions, and decided on 30 min' session

      The anal probe is small and neat, and not everyone is inclined to do anything anal, but because its so neat, it easily slides in, with a wee bit of lube, once in I just lay back on my bed and relaxed


      Switched on the Kegel8, and set it for pelvic floor conditioning, at 25mA, it wasn't painful , but more pleasurable, one thing I did notice, my penis was rock hard, and never experienced an erection like this, it was solid

      It now 20 min's after my first session, and still getting some benefits from this, it has remained flaccid, more than usual, the other thing is the amount of pre-cum, that has come out more than usual

      My penis is warm, flaccid, and very pliable to be stretched, so right now I'm heading of to work, and while in work, going to try to do kegel, and see how they go

      As for the rest of the week, have decided on the following sessions

      3 x 45 min session with power at max of 25mA

        Just completed my 2nd session

        30 min session @ power at 25mA

        The usual things, rook hard erection for 10 min's, and after 10 min's it slowly became flaccid, considerable amount of pre-cum

        30 min's later watch a porn movie, to see how my erection was, the EQ is a lot better than last week

          My thoughts today:


          Still trying to workout, how far to put the probe in, 2" , 3", it will take time to work this out.

          Todays session was kind of ticklish, no erection, my be down to getting used to the pulses: 5 seconds work, followed by 5 seconds of rest

          Now and then it felt like the probe was coming out, so kept on checking, mainly when the pelvic floor muscles were contacting

          Its now been 30 min's since I finished my last session, on checking my penis, I find it to be retaining the flaccidity for a good time, infact I'm able to manage a few good stretches

          Exercise information:

          The Erection Setting for the Kegel8 does the following.

          It can help you to achieve a more satisfying erection, by sending pulses into your body, theses pulse strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, and encourage tissue and nerve repair , so if done in conjunction with jelqing, stretching exercise, it become beneficial to your self, as it aids with healing

            Done my PE exercises for today

            75 min's jes extender

            After taking of the jes extender, waited 15 min, to allow blood flow back into the penis, so did some helicopter shakes, prior to inserting the Kegel8 Probe, and doing 2 x 15 min sessions

              Decided to this session in bed, lying down, I'm surprised at how relaxing it was. I could actually feel the kegel8 working, as each pulse hit the pelvic floor, I was able to feel my muscles contracting

              As for erections, I'm seem to be getting a lot more, even with out looking at porn, there just happening, it fells like I'm a young boy again

                        Have you considered wearing that but probe while extending. You may get a good stretch as your PC muscles exhaust themselves while tension is applied.

                        Try it, you may be surprised.

                              In conjunction with the Jes Extender, Im also using the kegel8 at the same time, as suggested by BigO

                              So far the combination of these two things, seemed to have some benefit, but wont know how much until I have done this a few times
