  • Gyrtas log - girthy but looking for length.

    I'm Gytra and I'm a 21 one year old male.
    I like my dick very much as it's now and therefore I see every gain as a bonus.
    Before starting PE (started last night) I measured:
    NBPEL: 6.0 inches
    EG: 6.0 inches

    My goal will be 7" by 6.5", that's 1 inch gain in lenght and 1/2 inch gain in girth.
    I hope to meat my goal by summer 10 (realistic goal?)

    My rutine is (for the 2 first months):
    5 min warm up (towel soaked in warm water).
    5 min stretching downwards (5*30 sec), starting with focusing on the ligament. I'm also doing some flaccid bend streching.
    200 "Jelqs"
    50*5 sec keuglas. (I'm doing these when I feel like I have to pee. Easier to find the BC-muscle. Is that OK?)
    5 min warm up.

    2 days work out and 1 day rest. 5 week jelqing, one week rest.

    First 2 days
    Had problem with the jelqing-technique. Couldn't keep the semi-errection and as a result a jelqued 85-90% flaccid. Got an advice about lighter pressure when jelqing. Seems like a good point..
    The warm up is definitely the best part, a good feeling.
    The streching and the keugals went smoothly.I feel that the BC-muscle is stronger. Not meaning that I has grown over a night but since doing some keugals I can now do every keugal harder.

    Do you guys have tip for maintaining the semi-errection?

        Find your LOT, and you can think forward, in 3 months, if you're going to use hanging, because, depending, you can really benefit from it

          Hehe, bad spelling there from my side.
          But my lot will only tell how good my progress will be, right? I'm going to keep going, as I said every gain is a bouns so I think that I don't care about the LOT.
          I'll not do hanging, think that's to extreme.

            I used to think it was extreme too. Using heavy force is extreme. You need to increase stretch duration...using light force. This is why hanging is so great, because you can make gains using very light force! the gains I am making now compared to when I stretched by hand only are much greater
            6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)
            10/22/09: BPEL = 6.2"; EG = 5.1" (began serious pe)
            12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)
            6/23/10: BPEL = 6.7" (+.2); EG = 5.5" (+.1)

              What are you using as a ligth force?
              Can I use it as a newbie? Have only done two sessions..

                Well I wouldn't start doing hanging just yet, not until your penis is more conditioned. For safety reasons you should 'ease' into your PE routine over months...but for now you may want to increase the duration of stretches. Do so gradually...
                6/15/07: BPEL = 5.5"; EG = 4.75" (not-serious pe)

                12/21/09: BPEL = 6.5" (+.3); EG = 5.4" (+.3)

                  Okey. i'm not rushing. But my goal is still to gain 1"/0.5" by summer 10.

                      Hmm, I'm 6" x 6" before I started PE.
                      + 1" X 0.5 " would be 7" x 6.5". My goal is not to go further than that..I'm pretty short and always hook up with smal girls. Don't think that all of them could take 8*7..

                        Finally, new PE-session after yesterdays rest!

                        Today I did:
                        Warm-up 5min
                        Wet jelqs 200 (this time i did them before the stretching)
                        Stretching rotating + flaccid, about 10 x 30 sec.
                        Warm up.

                        Didn't do the keugals. Going to do them next time I'm going to piss. Finding it easier to do them that way..
                        The jelqing went better today, felt like I learned a bit how to do them. I think thought that I've a bit to learn, but I from start counted with that tehe first 5-10 sessions was "learning" sessions.

                        I also learn something new from the stretching. By modyfing the angle a bit I get a better stretch!

                          Day 4 (4/12/09)

                          10 min warmup
                          130 wet jelqs and ~100 v-jelqs
                          2 strechs á 30 sec. (R,L,U,D) + 1 flaccid bend á 30 sec(R,L,D)
                          10 min warmup

                          Kegals to be done later today when I need to pee.

                          Today was a good day, probably the best session yet. I felt that I got a better jelq-technique and I felt the milking-feeling inside the penis. I also found how to maintain my errection, I do that by thinking if a "sexy tought" that will raise me to 70-80% and then I let i down to 40% and then I drop the tought again. This will do that I don't have to take a break from the jelqing because I'm not hard.
                          I did the session in the shower. This way I get a better warm up, its easier to clean and you have to use less lubricant.
                          I'm going to do all my sessions in the shower after coming home from the university.

                          As yesterday I'll do my kegals when I need to pee. It's much easier to do them that way.

                          I got a question, when you jelq and you get a errection >80%. Do you have to stop right away?
                          Because I may slide over 80% but a few strokes later I'll be at 60-70%.

                            Congrats dude. Good starting size. Your girth is were I'm trying to get my midshaft girth at.
                            Starting size: 8 inches non bonepressed, 8.5 inches bonepressed, 5.2 inch midshaft girth, 5,5 inch base girth.

                            Current size: 9.5 inches non bonepressed, 9.8 inches bonepressed, 6.25 inch midshaft girth, 6.5 inch base girth.
