I like my dick very much as it's now and therefore I see every gain as a bonus.
Before starting PE (started last night) I measured:
NBPEL: 6.0 inches
EG: 6.0 inches
My goal will be 7" by 6.5", that's 1 inch gain in lenght and 1/2 inch gain in girth.
I hope to meat my goal by summer 10 (realistic goal?)
My rutine is (for the 2 first months):
5 min warm up (towel soaked in warm water).
5 min stretching downwards (5*30 sec), starting with focusing on the ligament. I'm also doing some flaccid bend streching.
200 "Jelqs"

50*5 sec keuglas. (I'm doing these when I feel like I have to pee. Easier to find the BC-muscle. Is that OK?)
