  • Revenant's Progress

    Hi Everyone,

This is my first post on this forum, and I wanted to start things off with a progress thread to keep myself motivated and keep track of any gains I might achieve.

I started on 11/28/13 using JP's 90 day beginner routine with a BPEL/EG of 7.5/5.25. My long-term goal is to achieve a BPEL/EG of 9.5/6.5 with a much improved EQ. I'm fully aware that expanding to this size might be out-of-reach and doing so will take several years and a lot of effort, although I'm disciplined and having a lot of fun so far, so I'm still motivated.

Since I started, I've been following the routine nearly every day with a couple of rest days thrown in. Already I've noticed a substantial increase in my flaccid state and have gained .25 in girth. It seems impossible to gain that kind of expansion in just two weeks, so I'm assuming this is due to better EQ.

I plan to post at least one a month with any updates.

Today I realized that I'm an idiot and have been doing JP's 90-day work-out incorrectly by counting each hand as a single repetition instead of both hands. This means I've been doing only 50% of the Jelqs I was supposed since I started. Doh! This explains why the work-out seemed rather easy. I'll remedy this in my next work-out.

I also wanted to document the current status of my "project", so I took a picture while I was at full mast. It was surprisingly difficult to operating a camera while simultaneously holding a tape measure and maintain my excitement level (my junk is highly suspicious of measuring devices and shrinks quickly in close proximity), so I had to improvise a bit and buid my own cardboard ruler. On top of this I had to measure from the back and had to do so quickly (hence I'm not quite pointed north and it's not bone-pressed), so the quantitative results are probably a bit off.

I received a few comments that my first picture wasn't quite up to snuff due to the aforementioned technical limitations, so I took took a better picture (see far below).

While I was at it, I took a set of new measurements that show a BPEL of 7 5/8 (barely) and an EG of 5 5/8, which were both at an EQ of about 10.

Since I've only been doing this for 20-days I suspect these gains are all EQ related, although if I see any additional increases I'm going to chalk it up to real gains. I still plan to update about once a month or so, but I wanted a make sure I have a good baseline first.

It's been exactly a month since I started JP's 90 day routine. I've been following the routine consistently, although I needed to take the last couple of days off due to some redness and swelling that occurred right below my glands. I was obviously overdoing things a bit, so I'm going to tone down the intensity when I start-up again in a day or so.

The good news is that I made gains to my BPEL over the past week! I'm now at 7 3/4 BPEL. Here's a picture I took from today where you can clearly see an improvement (https://www.pegym.com/forums/members...28-161215b.jpg). The not-so-good news is that I went down to 5 1/2 for me EG, although I don't feel any less girthy. I suspect I might have measured incorrect last week.

I've been consistently following JP90s for the past two months now with a 2/1 and 3/1 cycle. The unit is looking and feeling pretty good, although I didn't post any progress pictures because there's been very little growth that's backed up by evidence (picture+ruler).

I've had a few informal BPEL measurements hit 8" earlier this month, although it was very fleeting and subsequent measurements didn't back this up. I'm also switching from EG (which I define as the thickest part of the unit past the base) to MEG to make it easier to measure and be consistent.

I think I'm a little too obsessed with measurements so I'm going to try to hold off until the next measurement cycle next month. If I see progress I'll post a picture.

The plan is to continue with JPs for at least another month and then reassess. If I see positive results, I'll likely keep doing JPs routine for another 3-months at least, but look to add a moderate length routine.

I'm consistently following JP90's routine and increased the number of Jelqs and V-jelqs by 100 and 60 respectively for a total of 400/240 (Note: I consider each hand a rep). With the stretching and warm-up it usually takes me about an hour to complete the full routine.

I was beginning to have some doubts whether it was worth the time investment, especially since I had made seemingly minimal gains during my last check-in. However, tonight I just took a measurement and my BPEL is now at 7 7/8 (20 CM) and MEG is 7 3/8.

I took a picture of the latest gain, which is at Photo 1 of 3 from Revenant's Pictures. I'm not counting length gains that are not captured by picture, although I did take a reading at 8 1/16 a few days ago, although it was fleeting to say the least.

I was skeptical that PE worked, but it's hard to argue with the pictures.

I'll update in two weeks when I'm done with the JP90.

              It's been exactly 3-months since I've started JP's program!

Here are my last set of measurements as of today:

              BPEL: 20.30 CM (7.99 Inch)
              MEG: 13.85 CM (5.45 Inch)

              And a picture:

              Photo 1 of 4 from Revenant's Pictures

I'm actually a big longer then this, but my unit always seems to shrink when it gets near a ruler. I think I can say I'm officially 8". Woohoo!

When I started PE I was highly skeptical that it would actually work, but I figured with so many enthusiastic members of this forum that there might be some truth to it. I'm happy to say that they are absolutely right; you can grow your dick! In the past 3-months I've gained .5" and .2" in girth -- and I have the pictures to prove it.

I'm going to stick with JP's program for at least another 3-months. They only modification I'm going to make moving forward point is to increase the duration of the stretches.

I'll check-in in another month, although I probably won't post any pics until there's more significant gains.
