Hi Bob! Thanks man, I really appreciate your comment. Yeah, hopefully I'll be able to do my routines even if my clean freak sister is hammering on the bathroom door. Hehe. I honestly had my first "whole-night-woodie" EVER two days back, all thanks to PE!! Day 57, Workout 1/5
Good workout today, did a hot bath warm-down today with my penis tugged in between my legs - GREAT hang all day.
I missed two workouts the past two days since I left for the cottage with some friends. No privacy plus the fact that the water was out. Hehe.. It was actually hitting -25 celsius at the coldest, so it was catastrophal turtle-alert all day long.

Alright, my measurments have been completed. Not my biggest boner though.. SO this will give the following progress:
START (November 4th):
BPEL: 5 15/16 "
MEG : 4.25 "
(December 4th):
BPEL: 6 "
MEG : 4.50 "
CURRENT (January 4th):
BPEL: 6 "
MEG : 4.50 "
So all we can do is keep this boat sailing on.. A bit dissapointed, but hey, gains will come.
Routine (as of now):
Warm-up (10-15mins)
Wet-jelqing (225 strokes)
Slaps (20 each thigh)
Straight-out-strecthes w/ 10 sec kegal-hold
Warm-down (5-10 mins)
Might consider adding some V-jelqs after the stretches. I've been doing some bed-fowfers before I go to sleep, as yet to see if it helps.. Seems like a good exercise for flaccid hang.
So yeah, got to keep this going, I feel like it is going well now !!I'm Working On A Dream.

Good work Kasper. Good progress log you have here. Those are great girth gains! Maybe you could concentrate some more on stretching to get some length gains. Thanks guys! Hallo Gator, I try to make it as neat as possible, thanks for input. Yeah jelqing has worked wonders for my girth, stretching might be done at a slightly higher % that would be perfect for attacking lenght.. I have just been stretching straight-out till now.. Maybe change that later?
Workout 1/5 completed. I am taking it much easier on the jelqing now. Last couple of workouts I tried to add som stretching in the jelqs, I had some signs of overtraining so stopped that.I'm Working On A Dream.

I've added 5 minute re-heat after jelqing. Can't believe I haven't done this before: better flaccid hang, less turtle during stretches AND more quality stretches. Overtraining symptoms over now so I'm happy !!

PE-session will begin in 2-3 hours. I'm happy to say I've made some flaccid gains, right now I'm pushing 4.25" (more when flushed obviously.) Returned from jogging session earlier on (-20 blue), can't remember I even turtled, always felt like it was there! Hehe, which is pretty awesome.
All good PI's, seems like the 20 min. jelqing and 5 min. re-heat session before stretches is paying off.
Hopefully I will get some erect gains soon! :=)I'm Working On A Dream.
