  • My new pumping log

    Recently with life getting crazy busy I haven't had the time for as much jelqing and PE as I would like. I'd try to save time and jelq in the shower, but that just doesn't work, and I run out of warm water before I get a chance to clean myself. So I decided to go with a bathmate and see how that works.

    When I originally started PE about a year and a half ago I was 5.25 x 4.5, and I had quickly grown to 5.75 x 4.625, but I have not seen any improvement in almost a year. Areas that have improved, mainly due to kegelling and reverse kegels has been my load and my stamina. But those still aren't where I want them to be.

    So today, 12/21/13 I ordered a bathmate. My plan is use it 3 days a week in the shower for about 5-10 minutes each time. I will give it three solid months before I take a measurement.

    So my starting is:
    BPEL: 5.75
    MSEG: 4.625
    FLSTR: 4.25
    ROPES: Usually 2 (recently slung four on the wife's tits, face and hair though)
    STAMINA: 5 to 10 minutes

    My routine:
    Three nights a week, bathmate ~ 5-10 minutes
    Fleshlight when I can, which is like once a week
    Way more sex, I'm hoping on bathmate nights
    And with way more sex, way less jerking off

    The only PE supplement I take is a multi-vitamin. Oddly I tried all the other stuff which is supposed to aide PE and ejaculation volume, but I have found my biggest and messiest loads have come without all sorts of pills, but just lots of water and lots of kegels.

    Another thing I need to do, and I think it will help a lot is physical activity. I have gained about 20 lbs in the last year and a half, and I want to get lean and look beautiful naked. So, my beginning weight is 245 and I want to get that down to 225 in three months.

    Finally, my goals. My main goal is to keep up with the routine. It's tough to dictate results when a routine is followed:
    2/21/13 Targets
    BPEL: 6"
    MSEG: 4.75"
    FLSTR: 4.5"
    ROPES: I'd love to be able to routinely throw 4 good ropes. I knew when I pulled out and busted that all over the wife she was turned on like crazy feeling like such a slut. I treat her sweet, but every now and then she needs to feel like filth ;-)
    STA: 10+ minutes. I think this can easily be done with a good FL routine and remember to be discilpined and relax. When I do, lasting really isn't a problem.
    Weight: 225

    The main reason for this is good health. I know my health always improves when I am trying to follow a good PE routine.

    I do believe that in your case a bathmate may be a great option. It will let you get in time and should get your girth going well. I would still try and get in some manual stretching for length. I know what it is like to have gains stall but if you stick with it they will start again, it may take time but it will pay off.

      It arrived today and I was pretty excited to use it. I kept wondering how it would pump, but all it does is act as a permanent vacuum. The most annoying part of it was filling it with water and it splashing me in the face. Either way, it was simple to use, and it felt good too. I'd say it was around 5-10 minutes.

      The most difficult part will be being patient in measurements, but my goal is to not check for 3 whole months.

      It's great and fun to have such a simple update.

        5-10 minutes in the shower. I didn't realize there were marking on the thing. Anyways, I figured they'd be around what NBPEL would be, at least at like 50% hard. Anyways, it was like 115 mm, so I can check against that. I think this will be a good metric too, because weight loss should help it.

          This time I did some stretching before the bathmate, and I think it helped. I definitely finished further in it at around 50% hard, close to 125mm. I think it helps that I was able to add more comfortable pressure than the first two sessions. The rest of the next two days I'll just crush water, and take off for recovery.

            I planned on taking some time off, but was home alone with nothing to do, and I figured it'd be better than jerking off dry to porn. Also, the night before the wife and I had sex. I was worried I had fatigued myself, but my little fella was good to do.

            For today, 5 minutes stretching and 5-10 minutes bathmate. Nothing different than the day before.

              Same routine as the day before, but added about 15 minutes of edging to porn afterwards. My wife is sick and she'll be on her period in two days, so I fully expect no sex for like a week and a half. I figured this would be a good time to do some quality edging without blowing it for fun, and because people around here seem to do that for gains.

              Anyways, towards the end of the edge sessions I couldn't resist, so I took some measurements. There is no change in BPEL, but I already have between a .5 and .75" gain in girth. And honestly, it looks chubbier, but I would have expected a bigger difference between 4.5" MSEG and 5.00".

              I think where I'll really see length gains again will be when I lose weight. I knew I hit the 6" mark before, but now it's 5.75". I have also gained weight.

              I'm pretty stoked though at the girth gains. They equates to like a 22% increase in volume in less than a week. Of course I hadn't seen barely any girth gains in the first couple years of PE, so maybe they just need a little negative pressure boost.

              It's nice to see progress, and it should really motive my diet and I think I could be like 6.5 x 5.5 or something by the summer, which would be an increase of something like 84% since I started this nearly two years ago. I think the most important thing will be coupling this with significant weight loss. Then I can look at a volume/weight ratio, which is probably still the same as before thanks to a 20# weight gain.

              Anyway, wish me luck fellas, it's exciting to see such quick progress.

                  Thanks for the encouragement. This time I'm going to be patient and wait until the end of February of 2014 for any new measurements. It's so hard to resist.

                  I should also note as part of my routine I do 15 minutes of kegeling and 45 minutes of reverse kegeling every day.

                    Enjoying a nice day off. I'll do some k and rks during TV tonight, but it looks like no PE. Everyone in the house is sick, and maybe I'll do it before bed, but I doubt it.

                      Just wrapped up best pumping session yet. Even better it came after actual real exercise. I also took the time to model a year of growth which should help me stay on track. Anyways I finished around 140mm in the bathmate, and was thick and juicy as hell when I was done. Looking like some edging later.

                        Meant to be a night off, but I was bored so I went stretching, pumping, edging. Saturday and Sunday will now definitely be off due to football.

                          I am re-evaluating my goals. After a couple weeks pumping my dick looks thick and beautiful. My dick feels incredible. For this reason, and in the interest of safety I am going to work on just maintenance now and weight loss.

                            Still pumping about every other day. I only go to 135 mm now since when I do 140 mm it takes a lot of vacuum and my dick looks stupid, and edging isn't as fun afterwards. Speaking of edging, I really get an idea that is where some good gains will get cemented. I've been averaging around 15-20 minutes of edging to porn and no ejac post pumping now, and I have maintained great EQ levels. I find if I pump too hard, my EQ levels during edging are downgraded.

                              I think I need to see a doctor for an issue with my right arm. I think it may be tennis elbow. Anyways, I tried pumping left-handed. A giant waste of time, then I edged left handed, which was fun. I even got a pick in, and I still have yet to check any measurements.
