    The wife went out and I couldn't resist. All left-handed.
    5 minutes jelqing/stretching
    15 minutes in bathmate. I watched porn this time and reached new distances in it I haven't hit before.
    10-15 minutes of killer edging.

    It was difficult left-handed, but I think I'm finally getting okay at it.

      It's fun having goals. Best PE session to date. I did about 10 minutes of stretching, then about 10 minutes of the bathmate, to a good 140+ mm. Then I was able to edge after with my flesh light. It had been ages since I used that thing. I ended up with 2 DOs. I tried doing to tp roll test too during edging, but I couldn't get the roll more than 1/2" on me, so I must be doing something right.

      Now I'm waiting for the wife to get home so I can fuck her senseless.

        My routine has gone pretty much the following with pretty good consistency:
        3 nights a week:
        5-10 minutes jelqing
        10-15 minutes bathmate
        20-30 minutes edging with tons of DOs, and rare ejacs
        15 minutes a day of kegels

        I've noticed a couple changes in the bedroom though:
        1. My stamina is all over the place. Two weeks ago, for the first time ever I had to fight blowing my load during a BJ. That never happens.
        2. Speaking of BJs, I've been getting more. But my wife has lost some weight and her confidence is crazy high, so she's been uber horned up.
        3. Speaking of stamina, in the past 3 weeks we've had sex four times. Twice it's been an epic battle to last 5 minutes, and twice I lasted over 20.

        Anyways, those were for 1 month in. I'll hold off on measurements now for two months. I've set 1 year personal goals, and in both I am quite ahead of my progression targets.

              Been still pretty good for my three days a week. I've found something sweet. I jelq and stretch to porn, then I use the bathmate. I get huge in that thing with a killer hard on. I have also found it incredibly fun to do that and follow it up with some fleshlight use. That thing feels tight as hell, and it's dry o after dry o from the get go.

                I've been slow posting here, but I've still been doing some good PE. I measured the other day and I am now 6.25 x 5 which is a good increase in two months. It was a day after BM, so I probably still had a nice bloat from the BM.

                Last night was a water shed moment for us in bed. The wife has lost weight and her confidence is sky high, I've been doing PE and my confidence is peaking too. For the first time ever she had multiple orgasms. It was ridiculously hot. Also, during sex (which came about an hour after a BM routine) I lasted so easily it was extremely enjoyable for both of us.

                Finally, yesterday also came a couple days after I hadn't watched porn, so I think it may have helped me a bit with stamina. I'm going to effort 90 days porn free now, and see what changes I see.

                And with all that said I just recently added 1g l-arginine and saw palmetto to my routine. I'll note any changes.

                    Thanks. I'm pretty thrilled. I am still a little disappointed in my weight though. I really think that will improve my appearance more than anything.

                    I ordered a cock ring today too, but I'm unsure how I want to incorporate that in my routine.

                      Hey guys, still been at just been keeping an off line log. I'm trying to switch to an offline life.

                      Anyways, I've been doing pretty well with stretching, bathmate and edging with a cock ring now. I love it. I haven't taken any measurements, but I know I'm "hung" all the time now which at the very least is way more comfortable than turtling.

                        Another good routine, but I think I injured my arm using the bathmate. This may set me back, but if I chart my growth and my goals I am way ahead of schedule. It's cool checking out what it takes to reach my goal and thinking that 7 x 5.5 could actually happen.

                          So an injury (back) took me off PE for about 3 weeks. In that time I bought a new pump with more suction (more dick room) and decided to only do left handed bathmate. I can't get the deep vacuum I got before, but I still feel the effects.

                          Two weeks ago the wife complained her jaw was sore. I haven't taken any girth measurements lately, but it is noticeably much thicker.
