  • Dickie's Insane Jelqing routine

    I've decided to start a Progress Log to help me keep my routine up for the new year.

    I am doing a routine that only involves jelqing, but doing lots of it. I am aiming to do 10,000 reps a week. Granted, some of the reps might be a bit too quick and lack the quality sometimes, but the quantity should more than make up for it and guarantee that I get a decent amount of good, productive strokes in.

    I'm going to measure every 50,000 jelqs, and my current stats are 6.3 x 4.7.

    So far, my jelq count is:

    1st Jan: 1,550
    2nd Jan: 1,360
    3rd Jan: 1,620
    4th Jan: 500
    5th Jan: 1,850

    Yes, I am insane, but I need to start gaining now and I am bored of everything else I try not working. I'm a hard gainer, I accept that, and I believe that drastic measures are needed, and the new year is a fresh start for me.

    Speaking as someone who did 1,000-2,000 wet jelqs a day with over 2,000 kegels, I can pretty much guarantee you headed for some serious injuries and time spent trying to recover while you lose every temporary gain from this type of program. The key to massive girth is not doing an ungodly amount of reps and sacrificing EQ and form over time. It's increasing intensity over time and decreasing the total work load that will do it. Just wind up, do 2-3 sets of warm up jelqs, and then perform 1-2 sets of super strict and intense wet jelqs for just a handful of reps adding one each time (since it too hard to measure intensity I go with the one more rep approach.) Do just enough to start the rebuilding process, let your dick heal, and hit it again a few days later.

    I can give you a program that will get you big, but it's going to be something out of the box that you're not going to appreciate until you've given it a full 2 weeks.

      Tell me more about your programme.

      Also, I am doing dry jelqs, with a 100% erection and then jelqing until I drop to about 80% and then making my boner harder back to 100% and then jelqing again. Each stroke lasts about two seconds each. I am jelqing with a light-ish grip however, as otherwise the skin at the base of my dick gets too sore if I squeeze too hard over and over in the same spot due to friction.

      I get some nice expansion after my workouts and my penis is very red coloured showing that it is pulsating with blood. I've been assuming this is a good thing.

      I got very hard morning wood after the first day, and then 'plump' semi-erect morning wood for the second to fifth days. I am not sure if semi-erect morning wood counts as a good PI, (roughly 30% to 40% erect I would say).

        I think I might back off a tiny bit and aim to do 7,000 - 8,000 reps per week in the first few weeks, just to decrease the chance of injury.

          Nope; wrong answer. If you're not doing quality jelqs all you're doing is wasting your time and playing with yourself. Not that playing with yourself is a waste of time but it won't get anything bigger.

          Now it also seems you're in a bit of a hurry. If you are then you will get hurt; end of story.

            How hard a gainer are you, what have you gained so far?

            I'm in the same boat, but I have no solid routine due to way to many other commitments

              I can't agree with this at all.

              1,000 half-arsed jelqs are much better than 100 or 200 quality jelqs. Now 200 quality jelqs is more time efficient for sure, but if you have some spare time and can fit more reps in, then substituting quantity for quality works.

              200 carefully performed, quality jelqs means that you are jelqing your meat for about 25 minutes or so. 1,000 slightly rushed jelqs will still take you about an hour to perform, so essentially the 1,000 rushed jelqs should be more than twice as effective.

                Well in my whole time of PE'ing, (many years), I've probably gained 0.1 inches in length and girth. I've tried over three years of using an extender, various attempts at manual stretching and jelqing with rest days/less is more etc, and none of this has done squat. All I've gotten is some miniscule gains and a bruised, discolored glans, (from the extender).

                Now I'm at my whits end and I feel like all I have left now to try is to jelq the shit out of my cock on a 'more is more' basis.

                  7,000-8,000 wet jelqs a week is still way too much! Let me put it to you another way.... If you wanted to get bigger and stronger you wouldn't lift the 5lb weights 1,000 time a day every day, You would work with progressively heavier weights using perfect form and give your body enough time to recover. With PE this would be progressively more intense wet jelqs done for just 2-3 sets, not including a warm up.

                  Trust me, this approach works! Even if you did 3 warm up sets of 10 strict wet jelqs and then one or two sets of 10 very intense wet jelqs, you'd still feel it a few days later. Try that while keeping your kegel muscles tight for every rep and you'll get more bang out of fewer jelqs in a lot less time. If you add 1 rep every session until you can do 100 strict wet jelqs with tight kegel muscles, nice and slow, maybe 70-80% EQ, and each rep done perfectly... you'd have one huge strong cock about a year from now just doing this 2-3 times a week.

                    Are you doing R's Jelq Routine...as this is a recommended routine, and I must say I've had temporary success from them....do tend to get lower EQ from them though

                    Given your experience is there anything you haven't tried yet...?

                      Dickie, I think you should take the advice given to you. In all the posts I have read, quality beats quantity every time, and impatience only leads to injury.

                      Cusp is not new, or a novice to PE. His advice comes from experience. Imagine how many injury posts he has read.

                      I understand you're frustrated, but you don't want to be the next guy posting in the injuries thread, do you? Take a step back, think of what would be a safer answer, and put it in motion. Different exercises or routines, or maybe a progressive routine like TGD mentioned.

                      Just my 2 cents worth.

                        The problem is that I can't afford for this not to work for me, I am running out of time, I need a big cock whilst still being in my 20's so that I still have years to enjoy it.

                        I believe in the 'more is more' approach, and also that rest days suck for me due to me being a hard gainer, and I hate not getting to do some PE every day, I am restless and desperate to touch my cock. Some people have gained a lot from intense routines, so I am trying to go all out with the jelqing to force some gains by putting my penis into the deep red, pumped state as often as possible.

                        I also believe in dry jelqs being better than wet jelqs, since they give a deeper feel and more expansion. Fortunately I am uncut so the foreskin acts as my dry jelq 'lube'.

                          I am using a light to medium grip, I have jelqed for a while and perfected my technique and I believe that it was previously unproductive due to too much rest time and not being as consistent and dedicated as an everyday routine would allow me to be.

                            I don't want to try hanging due to my glans already being pretty badly beaten up.

                            I'm hoping that intense jelqing is where it's at, and I'm prepared to be the guinea pig for this.
