I have recently been married to the woman of my dreams. We saved our virginity until marriage and are glad we did. But recently, I have had a difficult time getting/staying hard. This shouldn't be happening because I am only 20 years old, am in good health, and am extremely attracted to my wife. It has even gotten to the point where I will be hard, then suddenly I'm soft and can't regain an erection hard enough to penetrate. My wife is becoming frustrated with the problem and I have recently discovered all my years of masturbating to porn are likely the cause of this. I have started the journey to quitting porn before but have had multiple relapses. I am using a porn blocker on my computer and this journal to keep me motivated and away from porn. I may not be able to post daily, but I plan to keep up on my progress!

Day 1: No real temptation as of yet, I guess you can't really count day 1 as being a step toward curing any addiction. Have not attempted sex yet today, but I'm hoping for no problems!

I just checked the guidelines and didn't see anything about posting links to other sites, so admins please correct me if I'm breaking the rules--

But I am truly grateful to Your Brain On Porn | Evolution has not prepared your brain for today's Internet porn for having so much information about porn. I have always known porn was generally not a good thing, but that website gave me the insight and strength to stay porn free (Today is day 61 for me without porn)

Give it a read-- I'm sure it will help you
