    Hey PEers! As a newbie here Im gonna try to make journal/progress log. I'm gonna update this every week, hope I can do it consistently.
    I use ruler for measurement so it's in fraction form not decimal, because for me, its more obvious for the gain to see. So gentleman do the math
    Feel free to ask, suggest, comment.


    Started 1/8/14

    Initial Stat: ---
    BPFL: 4' and 1/8'
    FL: 3' and 1/2'

    BPEL: 5' and 3/4'
    EL: 5' and 1/8'

    MEG: 4' and 1/2'

    My goal for 4-8 weeks:
    BPFL: 4' and 1/4' (ACCOMPLISHED)
    BPEL: 5' and 7/8' (ACCOMPLISHED)
    MEG: 4' and 5/8'

    ROUTINE: ---
    JP's 90 DAY BEGINNER ROUTINE

    Gained little on BPEL/BPFL.
    I also added edging on my routine since 1st week.
    But only on 2nd day session(day before rest day)

      alright got time for updates here.

      I'm currently on my 2nd week of JP's 90 routine, still got 3 days for measurement.

      2nd week (1/15/14 to 1/21/14)

      I increase my warm up to 12-15mins. (recently 8-10mins)
      I also switch from cool down (cold showers) to warm down (heated rice sock), I'm testing which is better for gains.

        hey! measurement update again!
        since i ended 2nd week yesterday... here it is


        week 2 - (1/15/2014 to 1/21/2014)
        BPEL: 5' 7/8'
        EL: 5' 3/16'
        BPFL: 4' 3/8'
        FL: 3' 9/16'
        MEG: 4' 1/2'

        yeah this is a really slow gain
        But! gonna finish this until 90 days (3 months).

        My routine is still the same as JP's 90 day Beginner Routine. 2 days on 1 day off.
        I warmup for 12-15mins.
        Since I switch cooldown for warmdown(on 2nd week), I warmdown for 5-10mins.

        total gain of 2 weeks PE (in decimal):
        EL: 0.0625 inch or 1/16"
        BPEL: 0.125 inch or 1/8"
        FL: 0.0625 inch or 1/16"
        BPFL: 0.25 inch or 1/4"
        MEG: NONE!!! oh well!

        I'm thinking to take a pic for some authenticity but I'm ashamed of my size
        and I didn't took a before pic.

          BAD news for me

          I think I injured my johnson after a session (1/23/14)
          I felt pain on the base so I rest it up for a day(1/24/14). But since today(1/25/14) is a rest day too, that's 2 days straight rest for my injury to go. I hope it will be good tomorrow, since it's session day or I'll be missing a lot of session times which probably stop my progress -_-

          Oh well! I'm going to adjust the force of my grip, maybe that's the problem.

            thank goodness!

            my "injury" or pain at the base of my johnson was gone after 2 days of rest (1/24 to 1/25). I resumed PE yesterday, and still doing it today. I noticed that I gained up to BPEL 6"(i checked it 5x), but i probably account that to my EQ gain or if it's real gain then BOO YEAH

            no serious measurement as of now since I ain't done for 3rd week.

              3rd week done!

              week 3 (1/22 to 1/28)

              I had to measure it 10x cause I don't want to cheat myself of thinking I gain.
              So got delayed on posting.

                TIME FOR SOME MEASUREMENT!

                NOPE!
                no changes, yes, NO GAIN for the whole week #4. -_-
                still the same measurement last week(#3)

                  Just want to sum it all up for my first month.

                  total gains(first month):
                  EL: 1/8" or 0.125"
                  BPEL: 1/4" or 0.25"

                  FL: 1/8" or 0.125"
                  BPFL: 1/4" or 0.25"

                  MEG: 0" (or probably a mm or two, but i won't count it)

                  the way i see it, there's a pattern on my growth

                    i started my 2nd month yesterday (2/5/14)
                    i decided to make my routine 1 day on 1 day off, because of my tight schedule.
                    I leave it like that for a week and see if there's no progression i'll change it back to 2:1.

                      Just want to add that I'll probably gonna change my routine(JP 90's Beginner) into something, based on what I research here from different theories. Of course still beginner-friendly, I'll try to experiment which will be best for gain.

                      I just finished my last session for this week, I'll measure tomorrow (5th week) and update this again.

                        alright here's what I measured.
                        week #5: (2/5 to 2/11)
                        BPEL: 6'
                        EL: 5' 1/4'

                        EG: 4' 1/2'

                        BPFL: 4' 3/8'
                        FL: 3' 3/4'

                        No change except for flaccid length.

                        Anyway, here's my trial routine:

                        10 min. Warm up
                        JAI stretch (20 reps) or anywhere between 5-10 mins = only 4-6x per week
                        Jelq 150 reps = only 4x per week
                        rest = 2x per week
                        -------------------------------
                        I'll use this for this week (#6) and on next too.
                        I'll make sure to increase the reps or intensity each week if this routine will work.

                          OK! week #6 is done!
                          measurement again! hooray!!!

                          weeelllll.... dang it no gain again even 1/16", nothing.

                          anyway, I'll still continue my recent new routine until this week (#7)

                          and I just realized that I already achieved my "short term" goal that I posted here, well except the GIRTH. note: NOT THE ONE IN MY SIGNATURE, but my first post in this LOG.

                            Rick, you gained .25" in 3 weeks on JP90, which is a great gain. Why did you switch routines when what you were doing was showing immediate results?

                              hey sorry for the late reply. Well I'm just experimenting, I don't know what exactly the reason I'm switching
                              but I'm not really on the race, just keep doing it until I find my best routine. So for me, now it's just exploration/conditioning stage. After 3-4 months I'll probably change into more advance one.

                              And I don't know what exactly I did to gain .25" in 3 weeks as you stated. I just follow JP 90's. Maybe my EQ went up, but I don't think that's the reason. We have different growth rate, just like Height.

                              Or maybe that's "newbie gain" as other vets called it. As you can see in the recent weeks there's not a lot of gain I could see.
