Thought I would post this as encouragement to our more seasoned citizens. I am 68 years of age. Each year on my birthday I choose from a list and beat the crap out of an 18-28 year old, just to keep in practice. So if anyone under the age of 28 wants to disagree with, can put them on next years list of potentials.

About a year ago my wife and I decided to give up bowling for sex. The balls are lighter and you don't have to change your shoes.

Ran across this site in June, and started practicing PE on the 28th thereof. You will see the starting measurements below. Was shocked I lost 1/2" since the 80's. At that time had been doing some desultory pumping. Had a cheap pump from a 42nd St location, didn't work very well but did give me some results. By the way first read of pumps in the late 50's.

Following the very helpful directions on the site, assembled a rice sock, later using BIG AL's directions put together a hanger. Also bought a pipe clamp.

So my results in an informal measurement session in Sept. were an increase in size of 1/4 girth and 1/4" length. This with care extrapolates out to 1" per year. Which would be a 1 1/2 years to my goal. Since that period of time will remain the same regardless of PE, plan to continue the PE.

Due to privacy concerns my routine is somewhat convoluted. Sort of like being the traffic director at a Chinese Gang-bang. Also found I have developed Peyronie's. Don't plan to see a urologist, instead will follow the excellent routine posted by BIG AL. Due to cardiac concerns take Coreg, daily. It is Blood Pressure Medication that also increases cardiac output. One of the best on the market. However, the side affect is to leave you the dreaded 'limpus weiner'. As a result must use Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra when I want to get it wet.

The PE has reawakened my libidinous urges and most of the time am as horny as a five peckered billy goat. I feel like an 18 year old. Does anyone know where I can find a willing one?

Sorry, can't resist a good pun. In any event my wife recently had abdominal surgery and is out of commission for at least two and possibly four more weeks. On top of which she has a sore throat.
Life is really rough ladies and gentlemen.

    Have a nice day folks.

Thanks for the day brightener frb3. Oh, by the way, I gave up bowling because of my old wounds acting up. BUT...I bowled a 297. I am one year shy of you. Yeah, my wife is just recovering from surgery also. A "FleshLite" takes the edge off.

No thank you for you help and for getting a chuckle out of my crude attempts at humor.
Re: East Tennessee. Moved here 14 years ago from upstate New York. Talk about cultural shock. It is one thing to visit for a week and another to live here permanently. No am sort of stuck.
As to teeth I don't know which is worse, the lack of dental care out in the willy wags, or the piercings some kids have. Recently was testing a candidate and he must have had 15 facially piercings, it was about all I could do to keep from gagging while interviewing him.

Have a good dentist though, he is from California, bought the practice I use. He immediately doubled the prices on everything.

And in closing, I have been told, one not to visit two different townes after dark, and if I do to make sure I have a large bore weapon. This from a retired federal cop.

      Have a nice day.

Yeah man, I hear you. Those Tennessee hill folks, don't cotton to strangers.
So much inbreeding, that if you don't look like one of them, they figure you must be the law.

That is the problem, for some reason have been mistaken for a cop my entire adult life. My next door neighbors son was a LtCol in the ANG. He is on active duty in Iraq at this point. His flying on weekends was running infrared sweeps for cannabis growing amongst the corn fields. That has replaced moon shinning as a source of side income here. Still some dry counties here so bootlegging is still alive and prospering. The other source of income is poaching ginseng. Nets $400 per lb on the market or five years in jail if they catch you.

            Update

In case anyone want corroboration here is a little of my experience. Found this site a little over six months ago, started PE on a regular basis 2009/06/28. Started with a regular routine of jelging and stretching. Followed the directions and put together a rice sock for warm ups.

So took some measurements tonight and found the following:

flaccid hang is now about 6.5" SAE. BPEL is now one of those curly hairs over 6" SAE. Sorry didn't measure the girth. Still fighting the Peyronie's, seem to be straightening a bit, but that may be wishful thinking.

Now I have the organization of a Chinese Gang Bang, so am not going to list my routine. Suffice it to say I have picked up bits and pieces from Big Al, JonPop and several other regular posters here. By the way is it politically correct to use Chinese Gang Bang as a simile or should it be Oriental Group Fornication.

Do make a considerable effort to keep my friend from turtling, which has been hard as it is in the teens our one week of cold weather.

May want to add in ginkgo with the coreg to keep the woodies strong viagra after a while loses its effectiveness. May not need coreg if your taking ginkgo. Check this out with your doc.

Also get your self a masshetti and hack your way through the thickets...Walking?/hiking is likely the best exercise outside of PE for woody health.

My apologies, forgot to thank you. Have been drinking 1-2 cups of green tea each afternoon.
My wife is an official type two diabetic, so don't add the honey, just the ginger with Splenda. I drink my straight with no sweetener.
Do walk, as a bulging disc prevents running. Usually 2 up to 4 miles a day. Got to stay mean, green and lean. As to the ginkgo, have about six trees, one in the yard and five or six in growth pots. Point about ginkgo is it is a blood thinner, already on Plavix and aspirin regime. Have started using Maca, first of these supplements I can tolerate without my heart going into samba mode. Thanks for the information.

One thing forgot to mention, I am using a wooden stick to keep track of progress, as suggested in one of the posts by JP. It gives a graphic representation. It is one of those pine paint stirrers they give you with a gallon of paint at the hardware store. Ideal for this type of usage.

Oh, yeah. I had forgotten how to spell "Dinki Dau." I just used to say it all the time. That and Didi Mau. (jP

Yeah don't want to take to mamy blood thinners.

Splenda makes you fat switch over to stevia. splendah is sugar alcohol this is the toxin so many diabetics have. This is a substance thier body is slways trying to excreet. Yet the FDA approved this junk for people. Your better off using real sugar it is much less toxic.

Hi FRB. You might want to increase your warm-up period before jelqing. Sounds like you are reclaiming your lost gains. I have you and Jon Pop beat by one year, age-wise--recently hit the big 70. Sorry you are lost in East Tennessee. How did you ever make the adjustment after living in New York? I have in recent years moved to Ohio and after spending most of our lives in the New York metropolitan area, we still have a hard time with the adjustment. It's tough on us "youngsters."

I'm also a type two diabetic. The meds I take are nasty and Kingpole has been a big help in my struggle to get my blood sugar down to the normal range. You might try adding lemon to your green tea. I find it makes it much more palatable for my taste. I brew several quarts of it and then stretch it out over several days.

Be careful with those natural supplements if you are on blood thinners. Have you tried Cialis? I prefer it to Viagra. Half a Cialis, 10 mg., keeps willy active for a couple of days. Remember that these meds for e.d. are also heart meds. They lower your blood pressure.

Great to see you active on the boards. You are in good company here.

What about the 36 hour cialis, may be best suited for your needs. These synthetic pecker pills also have a blood pressure lowering effect.

natural pecker pills that have a blood pressure lowering effect
                          Arginine
                          AAKG
                          Taurine
                          green tea
                          pomagranate seed extract
                          ginkgo biloba
passion flower (blocks the conversion of testosterone over to estrogen) Im going to get some today by the way.

Arginine, AAKG, and tarine don't thin the blood. Passion flower relaxes the nervous system a big reason why we get high blood pressure.

                          Magnesoium
                          calcium
                          chromium picolinate
                          pottasium

If you have high blood pressure you need to be taking these minerals everyday. Low magnesium is the root cause of all hypertension. I got a thread on t i pull up.

I was born and raised in upstate New York, Oswego County, dairy farmer. Full fledged Apple Knocker. Most recently spent 25 years in Orange County NY, that is right on the edge of the commuter area. Had lots of NYC cops and firemen living in the area, only place they could afford housing. Did take a lot of adjustment to East Tenn. These folks are stuck at about 1790. Biggest problem is the food. Trying to sell the stuff they sell down here in NYC would get them out of business in a hurry. In affect they are selling grade D commercial at Grade A prices.

Yes have tried Cialis and Levitra, both foreign and domestic. They both have deals now where you can get three pill sample packs for free with prescription. Have to counteract the HBP medications.

My wife was declared a type two diabetic last year. Just to be on the safe side have been feeding her lots of cinnamon, mix dose with her oat bran each morning. In any event her A1C is back in the normal range and she is off the oral medication Don't know if there is a connection or not. Have taken her off sugar as much as is feasible. Sugar is so ubiquitous these days, even down to putting it sausage to increase the shelf life of the meat.

Speaking of meat I am happy with my progress so far.
