    I just recently started back up with PE after a long break and then a minor infection. I figured now would be a good time to transition my threads from Betterman.com to here. Let's get started...


    I cam to a harsh realization that the infection I got from starting PE after a long break a month ago may have been due to the fact that I was not drinking enough water and taking my vitamins.         Well from about June 06 to October 07 I used the extender but when it broke I started doing manual stretching. You wouldn't think Manual stretching is more powerful but it is. That's what gave me the final half inch or so.

            I think around 3/4 to an inch. It was great but sitting around the house for three to five hours with it on is not as convenient as it may first sound lol

              I am planning on doing about 75 dry jelqs to start getting my dick accustomed to intense girth work. I had no idea how powerful girth exercises were until I actually injured myself from them. I hope to ease them back in the the routine every day (maybe just every other workout day for now) and get some girth.                     I started doing some manual clamping (I don't know if this is the proper term for it) by gaining an erection and clamping with my hand at the base for 1 minute intervals and doing about ten. I like these exercises because, for once, the goal is to get a huge erection and stroke it a bit while watching porn AND it makes my dick bigger. WIN.

                    I've also been doing towel raises (as I am primarily concerned with erection firmness and girth) only I don't use an actual towel :-). I have actually found it easier to use my own pair of Large Fruit of the Loom Boxers since they have an elastic strap on them. I was using a wash cloth and it kept falling off and I feel like a bigger towel would have been too much.                           New Pics

                          It's been since April or so since I've added pics and none of great quality for a while. The first set is one flaccid and two erect and the second set is all erect and from a bit farther back for a better perspective. I did these kind of spontaneously but I'm happy with the way they turned out.

                            Since you're thicker you'll appear shorter. Maybe you had the same length but he looked longer because he's thinner.
