After over a year of trial and error plus some gains I've decided now I have a routine I like ...to start a log.
My general routine
The warm up: 15 mins with a hot water bottle

The stretches: I start with helicopter tunica tugs, Like tunica tugs but I do 360 turns too, up and down the shaft 5 times progressing weekly, I also finish my routine with stretches after I take the cock ring off.

The jelq: I've devised my own variation of jelqing, Get to 80-90% erect ( this always subsides to around 60% after a few mins)
3 part process.
Part one: Squeeze at base firm to moderate, take roughly 4 seconds with second hand to get to the glands whilst maintaining grip at base, alternate whilst never losing a grip of base. 20 reps.
Part two: same technique as above, but when reaching glands hold squeeze for 5 seconds: 20 reps.
Part one and two currently being done 5 times each....My penis at this point is seriously girthy after the 200 reps.
Part 3: cock ring jelqs: same technique as above but with very light grip, the amount of blood that's in my penis at this point is huge so I only do 5 reps and finish my routine by leaving the cock ring on, hope to progress the reps weekly.

The cock ring ballooning: This is done sporadically, and probably my fave routine...plus one my wife enjoys partaking.

My wife and I are satisfied with the length and some positions already go too deep and hurt, so with my routine I'm only wanted more girth.
If I can't get to 5.5 MEG is 9-12 months I'll try pumping.
