Hi everyone, I'm going to make this thread for me personally to track my gains and share with everyone how I'm doing in my routine. Also post what I've done for a routine and if I had changed anything.
So a little about my stats;
First measurement-
5.5" EL
6" Bpel
5" Meg
5.25" clamped meg
I had poor erection quality before I started but now I'm a month into the jp 90 routine and haven't really seen any gains other than better EQ which I am happy to see because this is a positive pl, also flaccid length/girth is bigger. I wasn't doing my routine very religiously because of work but this month (2nd month) I'll make a personal goal to do a steady 5on 2off schedule. I want to make the best of my time doing pe and it must be productive or I will not even bother.
So along with the jp 90 I'm going to start a kegel routine this month. Starting low with 50 kegels 5 second holds for this month. Above all that I'm also going to try and straighten my erection since it curves to the left I will be doing every 3rd jelq to the right in attempt to straighten it out. (Not a huge curve but would like to be straightened out at least a bit).
So currently here's my schedule;
Wake up 4am before work,
Warm up in shower 8mins hot water,
Stretch in all directions, 30 second holds, x2
50 wet jelqs,
30 v jelqs,
50 wet jelqs,
30 v jelqs,
Another 50 wet jelqs
And again 30 v jelqs
For a total of 150 wet jelqs, 90 v jelqs and 50 kegels in my day. I do my kegels while I have time at work during the day.
My short term goal, is 6" el and 5.25 meg not clamped.
Long term goal, 7" el and 5.75 meg.
I don't want to be any bigger than that that's when I'll practically stop or slow down pe so I can make the gains permanent.
After my 3 months I'll need a new routine if anyone has a good routine or link for a good one please post as I'll defiantly need to start looking into one for the long run!
Well I think I typed enough here I'll post back as frequent as I can and let everyone know as well as my self to keep track of gains, issues, injuries (hopefully none, knock on wood), and to just keep my head into pe!
Cheers!
