I am not even surprised you injured yourself and many others here I bet aren't as well. You are going into PE blind and hard where the only thing you'll see in the future isn't gains but injuries. You don't even have a routine to follow. I will suggest to you again to stop these extreme exercises and pick up a routine that is light and will provide gains. JP90 is a routine that many newbies have made great gains with and you can get those same gains from it as well.
We don't want to see members injure their dick and we are just trying to help you out so you don't end up giving yourself an injury that will take a lot of time to heal.
