  • PE at 20

    Hi everybody. I started with PE on the 20th of March 2014. I am still a bit sceptical of the whole thing - but I figured - A probability of gaining something > staying the same.
    I have already achieved a few goals :
    -reduced porn (from 5-6 times a day) to once in 5 days (best I can do now)
    -EQ is up
    -finaly started shaving regulary (not like I was growing a bush or anything .. but I'm bald down there now)

    I am currently doing 5 on - 2 off
    Starting stats

    NBPEL : 6" (~15 cm)
    MEG : 5.1 (13 cm)

    Not so sure about BPEL - did it the other day .. was near 6.6

    I've read all those topics on "Begginers start here , JP90 etc." and from what I saw from people who completed JP90 is that some get something in lenght but almost nobody gets anything in girth.
    So my routine now is

    -3min warm up with hot water (under shower)
    -5 min streches (1 min each)
    - Helicopter shakes
    -15 min Jelq (Going to try the UJ tomarrow) ((Been doing just normal Jelq up until now))
    -13 min UV (Starting this tomarrow as well)
    -Few more streches
    -3 min warm down with hot water

    So my goal right now is
    7" NBPEL
    5.5" MEG

        Welcome! Sounds like you did your homework. I did the JP workout for 5 months and did gain .3 in girth so it does happen. Everyone just react differently. Good luck and be safe

          So... did some training today. Found ot that the new lube I bought was a waste of money. lol.
          Sticking with jojoba oil for now

          -3min warm up
          -Streches

          I tried the UJ ... but i was not my thing.
          Did about 15 min normal wet jelq

          But I did the UV - and I have to say thats one sick excercise.
          Didn't have any trouble with all the twisting thing .. etc.
          Since its a more advanced tech - I did it for about 5-6 min with really slow strokes.
          The unit looked like a potato aftherwards. Veins!!!! Thickness!!!

          Im gonna do some "Under the butt pillow tunica streches tonight" <-- forgot the name .. sorry.
          P.S those tunica streches are awesome.

            I see you measured NBPEL; most people measure BPEL so they can track gains in actual size. The difference between NBPEL and BPEL varies depending on fat pad and other factors and is fairly variable, rendering NBPEL measurements unreliable. It's thus better to track gains with BPEL, even though NBPEL more accurately describes visual size.

            Also, we have similar starting stats and are almost the same age. Good luck PE'ing!

              So took a rest day yestrerday. I am 100% sure i have positive PI's
              -morning / night wood - 3 times today
              -longer flacid haha

              So today i did some streches
              15 min wet jelq (doing 2 sec/per jelq) If i try for 3 or 4 my erection falls
              about 10-12 min UV - I'll say it again.... best excercise ever!
              to finish it off... i do a 30 sec uli -> just one at the end of the workout
              I've done some powerlifting (year and a half) so my thighs are big ... but my unit looks like half my thigh after PE

                So... had a few training / rest days ... forgot to post here.
                Positive PI's continue.
                It may be just me , but i swear i wake up at night just to feel if my unit is hard and then fall back to sleep

                Anyway... training day today.. 20 days PE so far. I will measure around the 20th of June (3 month mark)
                -Warm up
                -Streches
                -15 min wet Jelq (tried the modified UJ .. but its kinda weird .. soo .. wont do it for now)
                -15 min Ultra V
                Warm down

                I did a few Uli's when i got around 80-90% for about 10-15 sec ... or just until i fall between 50-70 % erection level.

                Anybody know which is better - Compressors or Uli's?

                  jeebus.

                  erm, well listen, a lot of folks around here say to wait on the heavier exercises such as ulis etc... but, ah,
                  I have always been fond of ulis, especially when combined with jelqs... so like, jelqs-uli-jelqs-uli...

                  but dude, seriously be careful and dont hurt yourself..
                  2008: ~ 5.8 BPEL x 4.3 MEG.
                  2012: ~ 5.8 BPEL x 4.7 MEG.

                    This is interesting. We have about the same stats and same goal. Lets see who gets there first!

                          Already beat ya, did it in 21 weeks.

                          PE isn't a race, unless of course you want to break your middle leg from running too fast.

                            Thanks for the interest in my log lol

                            I know some of the exercises I do should be done afther a few months of PE , but I read that everybody should find their own intensity level.

                            My positive PE's are
                            -increased flaccid hang - all day
                            -Night wood (yay!)
                            -inceased hardness of erections too

                            I dont know if it counts but I've been getting alot of random erections troughout the day.
                            So I just wanted to say that.. although Im doing it a bit "my way" I will always fallow the "laws" of PE
                            SO as soon as my Positive Pe's go away , or I feel any type of pain or discomfort I am sure to decrease the workload.

                              So .... just trained.

                              3 min warm up (hot water)
                              3-4 min Strech
                              20 min wet jelq
                              20 min UV
                              Ended session with 1 erect Uli (30 sec)
                              10 min warm down (shower)

                              **Erection was pretty good today , Little Lupe helped alot
