Okay so I have just about concluded my first month of pe and to my own shock...gainz! Haha okay so started at 7 BPEL and measured in at 7.20-7.25 today with a MG starting at 4.75 and now at 4.80-4.85 so about a whole quarter inch in length and close to a .1 gain in girth in 1 month! Obviously though as I've read this seems to be mostly newbie gains and a result of better eq even when I thought I already had good eq, but hey gains are gains! And I can tell eq is better because when hard my member stands up a lot better. Also just to make sure I wasn't measuring wrong, before I started pe and if I was masturbating I would do a quick measure with my hand to see where I stood my making an L and putting my thumb against the base and the back of my glans would be half way up my ginger nail and now when I do that my whole finger fits before my glans, so that's reassuring.
As for the routine it's basically jp90 but I basically do it according to my pi's so it may vary a lil every now and then
5-10 min warm up
5-10 min manual stretching
100-300 wet jelqs
Throw in some uli's every now in then if pi's are pretty strong and edging occasionally
Now I'm pretty happy with my length and would like to focus on girth with a goal of a 7.5x5.5 member, I would be quite ecstatic if I were to reach, after some reading it looks like the girth will be the harder part. Now I will wait till I'm more conditioned for more advance girth exercises, for now this seems to get the job done, also have a bathmate I'm waiting to uses until a lil more conditioned because for now this routine works my member enough
Now although .25 length and .1 girth don't look like much of a difference I can start to feel the difference and the ruler doesn't lie so I'm just happy to be gaining when I was quite skeptical. Hopefully the gains will keep coming! Any comments or questions welcomed, after all, here to learn
