    Thanks to all following along and giving me tips & support.

    I'm 2 months in.. still @ 6.0" (which I'm very happy about)... in another month I may want to implement a new routine... or is that too soon?

        Thanks man... again only 6" presently... 6.4" BPEL... Wouldn't mind being > 7" soon... hopefully in another 4-5 months

          Just an update for anyone who cares...

          Yesterday did my usual routine. I guess I've been doing 3 sets of Uli's... hold/clamp for 10 seconds. Then I 'bend/stretch' my penis in all 4 directions over my thumb. I'll let it become flaccid, do heli's and then do another set of uli clamps.....

          Tonight I just did some basic stretching, heli's, stretch, heli's, rock climber stretch for 1 min, heli's, stretch... warmdown in shower...

          Measured for shits & giggles

          I'm 6.0" NBPEL or ~6.1NBPEL with a 10 EQ.

          I'm ~6.35 BPEL

          Girth is up to 5.1" thankfully

          It might be from the uli's yesterday though

              I really enjoy the supportive nature of this forum... and the help we give eachother. I know in real life.. 99.9% of people want to see everyone else below them. Here, I can say yeah.. subconsciously that's true... but we also ALL share a common goal b/c of a common situation.

              Not many true people out there.

                And yes, this place is truly awesome. Everybody is pulling for everybody. I love reading about people making gains. It's motivation for not only that person, but for everyone reading about it. For people who struggle to gain, like me, it helps to know that people are having success. It reinforces the obvious fact that PE does work if you just find your correct niche.

                  12/27/09

                  Took a hot shower.. did some light stretching... 2 sets of 20 second stretches up, down, left, right with a heli in between and after... then light stretches. Then I did about 100 kegels... finished my shower.

                  Today...

                  12/28/09 should be a good workout

                    Hi banana! I notice you still stretch on your days off? Do you ever get to a point where you feel too fatigued and need an entire day's rest?

                      I considered yesterday an entire day off... the stretches were VERY light... on a tug o meter... it was a 1 (it like barely tugging at a hair in your head)

                        Pretty solid i'd say (no pun intended)

                        5 min warmup with hot towel wrap
                        5 second heli
                        did some light stretches (5 scale ... from 1-10) up,down,right,left, out for 20 seconds
                        10 second heli's
                        light stretches (5 scale ... from 1-10) up,down,right,left, out for 20 seconds
                        10 second heli's
                        did 2 second up-down, left-right stretches
                        250 Wet Jelqs @ 50-60% EQ
                        10 second heli's
                        10 second uli clamps @ 95-100% EQ
                        stretch up, down, left,right uli clamp @ 10second each
                        10 second uli clamps @ 95-100% EQ
                        stretch up, down, left,right uli clamp @ 10second each
                        10 second semi-erect heli's
                        40% erect warmdown anti-stretches (hold base of penis, pull from head. hold head, pull from base) - did each direction @ 20seconds x 2
                        shower (10 min warmdown)

                        tomorrow i'm taking off 100%

                        think I might do some edging later... finish with 100 kegels and then fowfer tonight

                          I love doing these two types of stretches. Up&downs are awesome. They have pretty much taken over my stretching routine. Left&Rights are cool too but I don't feel as good of a stretch with those. Resistance stretches (your anti-stretches) are awesome too. These hit the tunica hard too! Great routine banana-nana!

                            i love the res/anti stretches... I kind of want to do more... I really feel 'longer' after... oh... immediately following I pump myself up to a 90% EQ then go into my warmdown

                                Well... I won't really know for another 3 weeks when I measure again

                                I def wouldn't mind another inch NBPEL in 2-3 months from now... the sooner the happier ill be
