    With med school its hard to body build, so I picked up running. Weights twice a week. I hate running lol

    I agree, I hate running too but I do it because it keeps the glutes tighter.
    It's a tough job being good looking and hung :-)

      10 min hot warmup in shower
      125 wet jelqs (10 second heli's every 25 jelqs)
      10 min of stretching (15 second ea direction, 30 second out) (tunica tug stretches)


      ...I f'd up today. I texted her to get my stuff back, asked her to mail me my shit back. she said she can give it to me when she gets back. i said I'll pay s&h. she said okay, but I have to wait till she gets back. I don't owe her a friendship and it's killing me b/c I see her wanting this friendship as a hook to keep me o nthe line... but her texts with me are very superficial.. there's no more depth to our conversations anymore. Which to me, means either she really does just want a friendship.. or I dunno.

      she doesn't deserve me. this is not fair.

      i don't know what to do anymore...

      I asked her if I could call her tn.. and I was going to tell her I can't do this friendship, I still have feelings for her. all I ended up doing was texting her that I can't call tn, ignore today's texts, ttys, goodnight. all she said was okay, goodnight

      ugh


      now i just look emotionally weak

        • I swore I'd keep this as up to date as possible.

          It's been some time since I've PE'd significantly... so this is a big plus for me. Thank you new ex gf for being a cold, dead fish... gave me motivation to PE again.

          2 nights ago I did bed fowfers till I fell asleep.

          Yesterday morning, 100 wet jelqs in the shower

          This morning, 10 min hot shower warm up, 125 wet jelqs, 10 min of stretching (tunica tugs), short edging session, then ejac'd after.

          Tomorrow I'll take off, minus bed fowfers.

          Tomorrow I'm going to do an official measurement + take pics as a reference point for a New beginning... and go from there. Next week I plan on doing 100 kegels / day and adding in 25 wet jelqs per session. I'm going to keep it this simple (although I am an experienced/conditioned PEer) in hopes of this time off has allowed me to KISS (keep it simple stupid) nd still gain. We'll see what the next 3-5 months bring. I'm hoping I can hit 7.5"BPEL in 6 months or so... I'm hovering around 7"BPEL again... (lost some size)

              tom AM, same routine

              I need to adjust a little bit... im not sure how tho

              My goal is to get to 7.5" NBPEL eventually...

              I won't give up.

                    Sorry I haven't been updating. I have been peing.

                    Today, so far, 130 wet shower jelqs.

                    Tn, 100 wet jelqs, 75 v j, and 15 min of stretching with intermittent helis for 10 sec
