    Sitting with an extender on, which i plan to have on 5 out of 7 days for 3-5 hours a day, split into maybe three or four.

    did a good twenty minutes jelqing on friday
    had saturday off,
    Sunday, did a few hours of extender. jelqed for around 15 minutes and edged for a few hours.
    shall be doing my jelqing later on today and edging where possible.
    I have decided not to masturbate for a week which ends on thursday.

    Right so had a day where I tried to keep as hard as i could all day. had a five hour period with half hour off in the middle {to eat} Did my stretches and about ten minutes jelqing.
    Today i'll be doing jelqing and a bit of edging and maybe if the wee man feels up to it another 10-15 minutes jelqing

      I need to write this up more regularly, but this is what i've been doing so far

      last week i was doing the full stretches then 50 jelqs each hand 30 v's stertches 50 jelqs 30 vs then stretches then warmdown again. then edging for 30 minutes/

      Had a rest day on 17th but edged throughout the day off and on. Allowed myself to cum and am amazingly happy to report that from someone who normally only oozes out the end i was lying on my bed and shot past the left side of my face, hit the headboard and pillow, side of my face chin and all over my chest, easily double my normal amount! That made me laugh out loud.
      Sunday did
      full stretches then 50 jelqs each hand 30 v's stretches 50 jelqs 30 vs then stretches then warm down again. then edging for 60 minutes/
      Monday I upped things and edged for hours throughout the day. Did my routine and while edging blew off by accident. again was funny as i was sitting and my cum actually shot up in the air like a fountain, i'm loving this! When i'm peeing now i'm noticing a stronger fatter stream and can nearly always feel a tingling running along the inside underside of my shaft.
      Tuesday I increased the jelqs to 250 total. {125 each hand} split into three sessions with edging in between. warming up and down and stretching beforehand.
      Wednesday followed Tuesdays.
      Thursday I increased my jelqs to 320 total. {160 each hand} i'm getting a much better rhythm and am easily able to do three seconds each jelq now. difficult to keep to 60-70% though, a lot must have been over 70 and a few maybe a bit under 60.
      Friday did the new routine of 320 plus stretching and edged a lot.
      Today saturday, i've edged for a few hours earlier this morning still to do my whole routine, but may bring forward my ejaculation to today we shall see. {i'm the type of guy who came nearly every day sometimes twice rarely more. Not used to not cumming at all when i started but am totally appreciating the full balls feeling. The dull ache from being so hard and not cumming so many times, seems to be lessening, it's not so uncomfortable that i'm actually wincing, but it was on the verge a couple of times. kinda walked like a gypsy for a couple of hours. {being careful and mindful of my crystal balls}
      So. still over a week away from my first measuring. {again i'm the type of guy who measured all the time, just as part of my life, constantly sizing myself up against whatever whenever. it's been interesting not doing that at all. I'll be taking a new measurement on the 5th and then i'll move to three months before i measure again. I don't know if i've put any length or girth on, what i do know is my willy feels great, my balls feels big and great and i'm peeing less often, more pee and stronger flow. my flacid willy seems to be a bit heavier, so positive thinking and we shall see in just over a week/

          oh I'm not using the extender at all at this point. Used it for a few days only.

            So to update again, doing the whole stretches routine, then rotations, then wet jelqs up to 420 total now. 210 each hand, with a period of edging in between sets. trying to edge as often as possible, difficult sometimes. But still manage some days to get hours at a time in. 5 days till I measure now.

              here we are at June 6th. I've been doing my routine consistently with a lot of edging wherever possible. I do my stretches before every jelqing session and have been generally tugging and stretching my willy whenever I can.
              So drum roll please......
              erect girth at the start was bang on 5 inches. I'm now 5 1/8 inches.
              I have measured my willy almost daily since I was about 14! I know for a fact exactly what size he is when i'm pushing a ruler in as far as it can go, and it's always, always all my life been 6.2 inches. I had grown .2 inches by the time I started this thread. I'm now sitting at 6 5/8 inches. :|
              I'm flabbergasted. I'm now not going to measure again for another couple of months. Also thinking about starting clamping. any advice is gratefully received. Also, If I were to just stop now, would he shrink back to 6.2 or are these gains already permanent?
              anyway. Kind of stunned that this is working and seems to be working really fast. I promise you i'm bigger now than I've ever seen myself. I'm starting to get really veiny I was smooth apart from the main vein which only went to half way down my shaft. I'm sure my foreskin is growing, the veins that are appearing in this area are all new, and when i'm jelqing you can actually feel my veins like pipecleaners!

              Thanks to all here and in other places. Oh and man do i understand now why there aren't a plethora of before and after shots of erect willys!! how difficult is it to stay erect place a ruler on you hold a camera fire the button and not shrink in the process!!!! I think I have an aversion to little lines or something.

                I should have mentioned too that I've started an exercise programme for my body too, since June 1st. A load of relatives and friends decided to join this largest gym in the world thing, and do the abs and squat challenges, So I signed up for that, and another friend suggested I should try and run 100 miles in June. So I've been jogging around 3 to 3.5 miles a day since June 1st, starting to notice the belly shrinking now, just need to get the beer cut right down at nights!!
                Absolutely knackering, Also I'm transitioning from being a smoker to not being a smoker. By the end of june I hope to have been stopped a while already.

                  Routine done daily with rest days now and again, was thinking of increasing my rest days so they fall on the same days I rest the rest of my body, I've read so many people saying rest days are important but I tend to feel that my wee guy can take it so i end up doing my routine.
                  The other day after edging for ages straight after my workout i went to pee and my soft was actually huge, I don't think I've ever seen my Willy that long and fat while being soft, so that was good, and yesterday I was walking from one room to the other and actually felt heavier down there than normal.
                  I still have the slight rumbling vibration thing happening, and It must be from my stretches cos I've not jelqed today, only did a prolonged stretching routine, out in the sun as well, I've slightly changed my jelqs insomuch as I am now adding gripping here and there.
                  The veins on my shaft are changing. There was really only one major vein that showed on me and it ran from the base along the top to half way down my shaft, where it has like a bubble bit then stopped, there is now a new vein that leads from there all the way down my length and into my foreskin, Again I feel as though my foreskin is definitely growing. when I'm jelqing I can feel the veins as they are so prominent now.
                  So I'm thinking i'll do two rest days a week at the same time as I rest my other parts lol. As for that, i'm now at 37.5 miles ran in June so far, and today managed to do 110 squats 55 sit ups 65 crunches 35 leg raises 48 second plank 30 push-ups.
                  The other big thing I changed is i'm drinking water all the time, have dramatically cut down tea still have to knock the beer on the head, so that's the next target. reduce to the point of zero <:O)

                    Had a rest the other day, routine still ongoing, anywhere between 150 and 200 reps jelqing but i'm doing my jelqing AFTER stretching, Is this okay? i've noticed other people jelq first. decided to add different stretches to my routine so basically clicked down through all the videos and did them all one after the other, when I got to the ruler stretch I wasn't going to do it because i'm not measuring for another two months, but seeing as i had just measured my new stats last week i thought may as well, so did the bone pressed flaccid stretch along the ruler and have poked just past 7 inches! I never ever was able to stretch my soft penis past where my hard penis could reach before, so I don't know.

                      So today is my pe rest day, been doing all the stretches and then jelqing between 200 and 300 reps each time and am trucking on with my overall fitness.

                      Willy is feeling great and is hanging so nicely nearly all the time now. my foreskin is definitely longer , not only can i feel it and see it but it sounds louder now when it does that lip smacking noise when giving it a quick shake tug after peeing. I may need to adjust how i pee lolol don't want to sound like i'm applauding the next guy at the urinals now do i lol Anyway, today off then i'll report back Sunday.
                      Still loving the fact this whole thing works! and very grateful to have a coach to talk me through it all.

                      Good luck to all doing this and to anyone just observing, I can honestly say that for years I lost myself somewhere, not totally but a bit, and now with this programme of exercising my body and my willy at the same time, and the reduction of porn in my life {I never watch extreme stuff only ever nice sex stuff so never thought it was or could be having a negative impact} is making me feel better, cuming only once a week is a whole new concept to me, but again it's so doable, and so worth it.

                      I feel stronger while feeling calmer and more cock sure about life than i have in a long time. My loads when i do cum are a lot more {kinda obvious that one, considering I did wank off probably daily before}
                      So much learned in a short time, for someone who kinda thought they knew enough lol. My absolute thanks to you all who have gone before me and went to the trouble of getting together and putting this info out here.

                        So trucking on with my progress report.
                        had a nice stretching session today as the opening of my routine after doing a warm wet wrap. Anyhoo, did all my stretches, felt good, then went onto my jelqs. They were better today easier to stay at the right level of erection so that was good. Willy felt good and responsive. edged for about ten fifteen minutes afterwards then did a nice warm down stretch routine and warm wash. All feels good. This is my rest day for all of my other body parts so enjoyed it.
