Howdy everyone,
Saw some good reasons to post (like increasing gains haha) and decided why the hell not. I should say, I'm really pretty content with the way things go in the bedroom. I've gotten good responses every time for a few years now. That being said, I'm definitely looking for some size gains. I'm very ambitious and I love self improvement, and this is another area which I can do that.
On to progress:
I started the first Sunday of April with JP90 and I measured in at about 5.0 NBPEL, 5.4 BPEL (not measured til a little over a week in), 4.6 EG. I am currently up to 6.0 NBPEL, 6.5 BPEL, and 4.9 EG. Even as I'm writing this I can't believe it haha. Now, I do know I hadn't measured in about a year before that and I didn't have a solid method down. Now I do have a consistent way to measure so that could be a part of it. Even if there's a .3 inch differenc in the way I measure, I'm more than happy with +.7 NBPEL. I also know these are newbie gains and won't persist and EQ had a lot to do with it but I'm very happy with the progress.
Not sure if this is what this forum is for, but I feel like I should add some goals in here.
Here's what I did for the 2014 challenge:
current
- 6.2 NBPEL
- 6.5 BPEL
- 4.9 EG
3 months
- 6.7 NBPEL
- 7.1 BPEL
- 5.1 EG
6 Months
- 7.0 NBPEL
- 7.5 BPEL
- 5.4 EG
9 Months
- 7.5 NBPEL
- 8.0 BPEL
- 5.7 EG
1 Year
- 8.0 NBPEL
- 8.5 BPEL
- 6.0 EG
I know these gains are more than ambitious, but safety is my number one concern. I always thoroughly warm up and down, take days off as scheduled, I pay close attention to my PIs, mainly EQ, and even though it's difficult sometimes, (ok every single time) I take it easy or even take a day or two off if I have to. If injury is out of the way, what's the harm in it?
