Apologies for being quiet on the forum guys, been away working a lot and the works wifi filters out specific websites.
Anyway hope everyone has had a good christmas and new year and it still into their PE and experiencing good gains.
Still using my SG extender and increased the rods so excited to see what gains that will bring over the next few months, I'm also coupling this with the JP90 routine which I'm enjoying.
