Skip the boring stuff..... im two months in and I only measure once a month so I will updated this log monthly

    Starting measurements:
    4/20/2014
    Bpel: 6 inches
    Eg: 4.5 inches

    5/20/2014
    Bpel: 6.25 inches
    Eg: 4.75 inches

    6/20/2014
    Bpel: 6.5 inches
    Eg: 4.75

    goal/thoughts:
End of the year goal is to be 7.25 inches in lenth and be at 5.25 inches in girth... its just a goal if I do not obtain it I will not be dissapointed. Right now less is better for me. I seem to gain red spot no matter how tight or loose my grip is so I took a week off to loose some of the discoloration that had shown up. I only do 150 wet jelqs and have incorporated kegels into my everyday life.

    Bottom line:
In 2 months I've gain a half inch in length and quarter of a inch in girth
    03/01/2015
    BPEL: 6
    EG: 4 1/2

    04/17/2015
    BPEL: 6 5/8
    EG: 4 3/4

    Goal for 12/31/2015
    BPEL : 7 1/2
    EG: 5

    Hey bloodthorne262!

I'm glad you have started a log sicne it is a great way to track your journey.

Goal setting is good but make sure you do not set unrealistic goals for yourself. Even if you do not completely achieve your one year goal keep in mind that your still not where you started.

Overall go based on your physiological indicators since they will guide you in your journey and help you with preventing yourself from overtraining.

Physiological indicators:Physiological Indicators Are Your Best Friend

Make sure you also do your reverse kegels with normal kegels for that pelvic floor balance.

Good luck and I hope that you will achieve your goals!

Very good. Im switching up my days I work out. I very random days. Maybe one day on one day off or 2 on and one off. I get a least 4 days a week in. I find my penis responds positively to that. My morning wood is rock hard and my erection quality is so much better.

I will keep my routine the same until the 6 month mark. I will incorporate a bath mate after 6 months

Just remember to stay consistent with your workouts.

My advice would be to stick to certain amount of workouts a week.

Remember that more is not always the best thing so go based on your PI's.

I've noticed my erections are around the 7-8 mark up from the 5 mark when I first started.

Sorry. I took 6 weeks off due to injury. Had hard spots in 2 veins in multiple places up and down the shaft. I did warm wraps to help but ultimately it needed time. It's all better now. First day back I've lightened my grip and will religiously use a hot wrap after each session.

I lost .25 in length on my time off.
