    Hi everyone!

    I've already introduced myself, so let's get straight into it.

    Where I stand now:
    25 years old
    6.4" BPEL
    4.7" EG
    Left curve, baseball bat shaped.
    The section of my left-hand CC is either underdeveloped, or scarred. Either way it pulls my dick to the left and my erections are a bit weak at the base because of it.

    My goals are, in order:
    1) correct the curve, not only by pulling my penis straight but at the same time filling out that bottom portion of the left CC, giving a stronger erection at the base.
    2) add a bit of girth all the way along, at least to 5"-5.5"
    3) add a bit of length, at least to 7"
    4) improve EQ all over, reacquaint myself with my penis after years of abusing it to porn haha
    5) reduce/eliminate masturbation to porn, train my brain to go for the real thing again

    Ultimate goal:
    Overcome anxiety and anxiety-induced ED (which I may have already achieved, but the girl I was seeing flaked out on me so I never got a chance to test it!)

    More than anything though, I want to correct the curve and fill out that weak spot.

    Well I wish you luck and hopefully you will achieve all of your goals that you have set for yourself.

    As far as porn goes your best bet is to delete all the porn you have on your PC and set website blockers so you will not get tempted to watch any.

    Set small goals as far as quitting porn goes since it is hard in the beginning. Start with 1 week without porn and build from there.

    I did so and currently in total have been off porn for almost 5 months. My EQ wasn't bad to the begin with but it's a bit better now and I feel much healthier mentally.

    Stop comparing yourself to porn!

    As far as PE goes your consistency and how dedicated you are to your routine will make a big difference in how succesfull you will be.
    Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
    Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
    The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

      Routine:

      I'm well aware of JP90, and thanks to the members that have suggested it.

      However, since my goals aren't too grand and involve straightening a curve along with a little length and girth gain, I'm taking a slightly different route involving a Sizegenetics extender with a VLC tugger mod, and a Bathmate Hydromax X30.

      I've done my research and can't see any issues with this routine, but I am open to experienced advice.

      So far I've done the warm up and stretching exercises from the JP90, and some light Bathmate usage, and figured out how to strap myself into the SG extender (still waiting on the VLC to get here, only ordered it 2 days ago).

      So here's my routine, compiled from some info on here and also from a routine over on GoodLookingLoser (where there's a lot of first hand experience and info on the bathmate and SG):

      Week 1:
      A: Bathmate 6-8 minutes, 40-50% boner / 2 hours Sizegenetics, low tension
      B: 4 hours Sizegenetics, low tension
      ABABABx

      Week 2:
      A: Bathmate 8-10 minutes, 50-60% boner / 2 hours Sizegenetics, low-med tension
      B: 4 hours Sizegenetics, low-med tension
      ABABABx

      Week 3:
      A: Bathmate 10-12 minutes, 60-70% boner / 4 hours Sizegenetics, medium tension
      B: 6 hours Sizegenetics, medium tension
      ABABABx

      Week 4:
      A: Bathmate for 12 minutes, 70-80% boner / 4 hours Sizegenetics, med-hi tension
      B: 6 hours Sizegenetics, med-hi tension
      ABABABx

      Week 5:
      A: Bathmate for 15 minutes / 8 hours Sizegenetics, tension to suit
      AAAAAxx


      Again, the above is my plan so far, and is more for the approval of the forum veterans than a set-in-stone routine at this stage.

      Insights from people who've used BM/SG (and those who have corrected a curve/filled out the CC using other methods) very welcome

        Thanks PurpleOnes, all the porn is gone already, youtube watch history deleted, search history deleted etc etc! I lasted 20 days without it, then relapsed, but I'm back on it now. EQ, sex drive, spontaneous erections, perceptions of myself and what sex should be, all improved massively in those first couple of weeks alone.

          Just set small attainable goals as far as no porn goes.

          Most likely you will easily relapse to watching porn if you just decide to go for as many days without it.

          I think the more important thing is to find something to replace porn with for me it has been erotic pictures and reading erotic stories.

          You have to remember that you do it in moderation.

            I should point out I didn't set a 20 day goal of no porn, that's just how long I lasted The goal is a permanent lifestyle change.

                I see your planning to increase your extending with 2 hours each week, it sounds like a good plan but its not a walk in the park extending for 6-8 hours a day (my experience withandropenis). But your extender might be easier to wear
                Your goals look very realistic Btw, best of luck!

                  Thanks for the support From the testimonials I've read, the SG extender is comfy in itself and for uncut guys like me the VLC mod makes it super easy to wear for extended (pun definitely intended) periods of time. No noose, no strap. I'll post up my experiences with it and the length of time I intend to wear it for as the weeks go on.

                      Yes that is the ultimate goal but what I mean is instead of going for a certain streak of no porn or go as long as you can without porn set smaller goals at first.

                          Sounds like you have put a lot of thought on this. If you can wear it for 6+ months I think you will reach your length goal Have you measured bpsfl?

                            Hey gingernuts congratulations on starting a log!

                            It should greatly help you keep track of how many hours your extending for, as well as being a motivator, great detail in your opening post, you look like you mean business! Good going!

                              Reaching the length goal will be great... so long as it's not shaped like a banana off to the left! But that's what extenders were invented for - straightening penises - so I have faith.

                              Found it hard to measure my BPFSL just now; I stretch my dick out and then press the ruler into the fat pad, which pushes my dick back. I got 6.7" but I'm not too convinced that's accurate enough. Any tips?
