    i began the PE process on 6/10/14 using the Quickpro Extender. Hopefully tracking my progress here will help keep me on track and motivated. Since I haven't been writing anything down yet I'm guesstimating in this first post.

    Starting measurement of 6" NBPEL 4.6" MSEG.
    Goals of 6.5-6.75" NBPEL And 5.5-5.75" MSEG

    Days 1-5:Quickpro beginning setting of original rod plus 1 medium for 3-4 hours per day

    Day 6: off

    Day 7-9: original rod, 1 medium, 1 small rod

    Day 10: same setting, 2 hours

    Day 11: same setting 4 hours

    Day 12: off

    Day 13-14: original rod, 2 mediums. 6 hours

    Day 15: only wore the extender for 2 hours as skin was getting raw. started jelqing with 20 reps. 2 sets of 25 Kegels with varying duration

      Day 16: wrapped penis in gauze and wore the extender for 6 hours. Much more comfortable

      20 jelqs in the morning an 2 sets of Kegels

      woke up today feeling like my penis is fuller if that makes sense. I thought about measuring but will wait until day 30

        Heya!

        I'm glad you have started a log.

        Make sure you stay consistent with your routine since that is one key things to success in PE.

        Make sure you also do not neglect your reverse kegels since it is really important for your overall pelvic floor balance.

          Thanks PurpleOnes. The first time trying reverse kegels is tough. Ill keep working though.

            Day 17: 30 jelqs with each hand and 6 hours in extender. Getting more comfortable with jelqs.

            Day18: feeling sick all day so onky did 2 hours in extender and 30 jelqs each hand

            Day 19: today. Feeling sick still so day off. Back on tomorrow

              Day 20: still struggling with flu but did jelqs 40 each hand plus Vs 20. Wore exrender 3 hours then repeated jelqs tonight since extender time was short
