  • Log Template - Format

    Hey ladies and gents,

I haven't been able to find any real guide on making a log, so I thought I would create one.

I know it might seem self explanatory, but I figured making some kind of a template for new members to copy, might better help them track where they might be going wrong or right as the case may be.

I would like to invite members to suggest the best layout for creating a log, the way I tend to lay mine out is in the same order I do the exercises for JP90, with a summary at the bottom of the page of the different exercises. I didn't start mine till I was half way through JP90 the first time and wished I had started it from the very beginning of PE.

Here's my log \/ (I have copied lot's of useful links on the first post for ease of finding them).

Any suggestions guys as I may improve the way I record my progress. Thanks.

Emm, everyone has their own unique log format it seems. Typically, it is good to have what exercises were done and then a description about them. It took me a long time messing around with different formats and ways of doing my log, but I like the style of it at the moment, it is simple and to the point, much like myself haha. Here is an example post:

Also, on the first page, I have put down all my gains and dated them, and also divided up my workout routines by the months that I did them, followed again by links to the exercises I am doing:

Your log seems very similar to mine mebs, with the exception of loads more entries .

Cheers gents, just an idea, if there is any better way of doing things I'm all for it.

I think everyone has their own unique slant or style of log, and usually their logs change along in the process anyway after they have seen others logs. This thread is a good place to link them up to if they are looking for questions about how to stylise their logs though

Your log, Golf's, and PurpleOnes would be great logs for members to have a look at in relation to layout and style, and would be the ones I would link members to if they were asking about log format

For a first, and intermittent post, listing goals or direction always seems helpful.

              For the log itself, I always thought a good format was;

              Date

              Exercises Performed

              Detailed Observations

I always noticed, before starting my own, that logs that contained these elements in some way were ones that resulted in successful PE. Here's mine, just for reference - A Workin Progress

A couple of the most notable logs that I based mine on was Bnip's and DJ's.

                I like Scandinavia's , Purpleone's and Star316 logs too.
Detailed observations should include PIs : flaccid hang after the session, how it felt during the exercises, morning wood , random erections, erection hardness etc..
