  • Surprise in Progress

    As I said in the "Introduce Yourself" section, I am starting PE as a surprise for my girlfriend when she returns home from travels. I am totally new to PE, and I have never done it before. I have done quite a bit of reading on the forum, and I believe I am ready to start!

    So here we go!

    So I haven't really started my PE routine quite yet. I did quite a bit of traveling around the state this past week. So, I am officially starting today. I looked through some of the beginner routines, and some of the success stories. I ran across the success story by "PESG" and his beginning routine seemed to fit within my "time schedule" (more or less what I want to devote to PE)... therefore I will start this evening as follows:

    As quoted from PESG's, "My Success Story - Frustrated Beginner? READ THIS."

    *10-Minutes – Warm Up
    *Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
    *10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
    *I also kegeled 120 times while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
    *This routine was done religiously on a 2 days on and 1 day off regiment.


    Do any of yall have any other suggestions/tips?

      Surprise,

      Good luck with your routine.

      What size are you hoping for; you're already pretty girthy?
      Start (1st October 2009): 6.25" BPEL, 4.4" EG

      Current (1st April 2010): 7.05" BPEL, 4.72" EG

      Ultimate Goal: 7.75" BPEL, 5.50" EG

        To be honest... I don't know. I definitely need to set a goal though.

        After looking around the forum and paying more attention to measurements I noticed that I am girthy now... It got me wondering if I measured wrong. I don't think I did though... My dad did teach me "measure twice, cut once", on building projects when I was growing up. I am planning on remeasuring tonight though

                Well I am keeping up with my routine. The only part of the routine I am slacking on is my Kegaling. I just don't ever remember to do them throughout the day. Rather than that, I am enjoying PE quite a bit. I haven't been able to get to the "actual gym" lately, and this gives me a sense of self improvement. I especially like the warm up. It is quite relaxing. I am not sure when I want to take more measurements... is a two week period b/t measurements a good time increment? or should I wait a little bit longer?

                Another question: I have been reading some articles on edging... especially yours Kingpole. Is edging an exercise that should be done the same time as the rest of my routine, or should it be done on my off day? Thanks for your help everyone.

                  I can't speak for everyone here but I personally do edging on an off day. I wouldn't recommend doing it IN THE MIDDLE of a routine as it is pretty much prolonged masturbation. At the end of a routine would be fine. Either way it's to you and your penis! I just prefer it for the off days because even on my off days I like to get a little work in and really isn't too hard on your member.

                    A few Questions...

                    Question 1: Does it matter if measuring is done before or after a workout? When do yall measure?
                    My Logic: I obviously am a larger size immediately following a workout. If I do all my measurements after a workout, wouldn't my data results be skewed? Would it be more appropriate to measure on an off day so my results are "real time" results (results that my gf will be seeing)?

                    Question 2: Will missing a couple days of workout have tremendous negative results on my gains?
                    My Logic: I have occasionally been missing the weekends. This is b/c I am usually in a place where I feel uncomfortable doing a workout. My schedule is starting to get set now, and I should be able to stay within my workout plan. Did these 3-4 days of missed workout screw my initial gains?

                    Thanks everyone! I am planning on doing my 1st re-measure on 1/25/09. This will be three weeks after my start date (with a couple days in there that I missed).

                      Awesome! Three weeks in and I have started to see some gains! Is 1/8" slow progress or expected? Now that my schedule is relatively set I have been able to stay within the parameters of my Workout. The only thing I have not kept up with are the kegals...

                          OK... I am finally consistent with my routine. I have been in the 'no motivation phase' of both my gym & my PE exercises. So after my many months of no PE hiatus I am finally getting started. Really excited about getting the drive for improvement again!

                          1/4/2010 (PEed for only about 3 months after this starting date)
                          BPEL: 6 3/8"
                          EG: 5 3/8"

                          Today: 3/28/2011
                          BPEL:6 1/2"
                          EG:5 3/8"

                          Goal:
                          BPEL: 9"
                          EG:6"

                          It seems that I am going to have to take an aggressive approach in the length exercises. I am not interested in the use of and 'hardware' during these exercises (strictly 'by hand' stretches). Below is what I have started

                          Routine:
                          -10 min warm up

                          -Stretch: Down, Up, Right, Left, Out (30 secs each)
                          -Rotating Stretch: Clockwise & Counter-Clockwise (30 secs each)
                          -5 Rep A-Stretch (30 sec)

                          -Regular Jelq (10 min)
                          -Horse Squeeze (will work up to 20 reps)

                          -Edge/Ballooning

                          ~So what do some of you more experienced PEers think? I am trying to concentrate on my length the most right now. It seems that it is the furthest goal away. Should I be more or less aggressive in my routine?

                            Just finished my nightly workout! I am really happy that I have been able to find some time in my schedule to PE! My exercises seem to workout with all my other obligations & I am really excited about staying consistent! I have started taking a more aggressive approach in my stretches (Don't worry everyone... I am not pullin him off or anything). It seems that I am already noticing some flaccid length change! I didn't take a beginning measurement, but I plan on getting that done tomorrow so I can track that as well! I am also going to set a more realistic shortime goal, while styill keepin the 9" as my all time goal!

                            So far I really like the three new exercises that I 'added' into my routine. I can really feel the A-stretch, and the Horse squeeze just looks like it is expanding my girth! Also working on my Kegels... which I have been bad at in the past.

                            So it seems that all is going well! I try to stay up to date with reading on the forum... and it is really good to hear everyone's stories & such. Tomorrows Main goal is to continue with my routine (Current: 2 day on : 1 Day off) & to review all the negative PIs again... gotta refresh my memory on the important stuff!
