    Hi PEGym-community!

    I've notice, that one necessary step for me to success is that I have to write down my progress.
    Please feel free to comment on everything. Advices or questions I am open to everything

    I am also on a diet trying program, where you eat one day absolutely nothing (or low calorie foods if it's not bearable (fruits etc.)) and one day you don't count calories (but try to stay healthy). So this is noted with (ea) for eating day and (noea) for not eating day. So this I want to observe too concerning arousal.

    Arousal Control:

    HABITS BEFORE: (several times) daily to porn or atleast written porn, first ejaculation nearly always within 5 minutes; even one day off caused an ejaculation on the next day within seconds; a week off caused to cum through ONE TOUCH;

    STRUCTURE NOTE: Time to ponr which would definitely cause ejaculation/time goal - comment on session


    FIRST WEEK (August 12th - August 19th):
    STIMULUS: little to no imaginatin

    DAY ONE (noea): 5/5 minutes - very difficult, many iks

    DAY TWO (ea): 7/7 minutes - even more difficult, many many iks

    DAY THREE (noea): 13/9 minutes - rk from the beginning, low level arousal, iks were prevented or countered with ks followed bei frk (each 10s)

    DAY FOUR (ea): 12/11 minutes - few iks, VERY strong arousal at the end, 3 x ponr, last one couldn't be reduced or prevented

    DAY FIVE (noea): 19/13 minutes - very easy

    DAY SIX (ea): 20/15 minutes - easy, increased tempo and grip tightness -> <1 min to ponr; starting from top slowly and tight to base -> VERY STRONG arousal increase

    DAY SEVEN (ea (to keep the rhythm)): 17/17 minutes - very hard, pre-arousal through pics (wasn't on purpose), few ponrs, no real iks felt

    DAY EIGHT (noea): 20/19 minutes - 3xponr, fourth -> ejaculation (voluntary kegel to achieve; bad or good?), During ejaculation though there were very very strong kegels like cramps, which were a little bit painful which was still able to be felt after orgasm, many mini-iks when head was stimulated

    Conclusion: I am very proud of myself. Let's see what's next.

    NEXT PLANT STEPS:
    Thinking about which beginner method (not too time consuming preferred, also no real long privacy except in the shower/bed) with 30/70 (ks/frks(+brk?)) and adding desensitising.

      Good job starting a log, it is an invaluable tool!

      Your goals seem realistic, but it won't happen overnight, stay dedicated to your routine and adjust according to your PI's and I believe you will get there eventually!

      I noticed on your first post you have 8 days logged, are you gong to take rest days to grow and heal?

        Do I have to have rest days from EDGING? Because that's the 8 days log above.
        Big Al's routine I started just yesterday and YES there will be rest day as I asked how to align them in Big Al's thread specifically.

          If you use your PI's as a guide with regard to all PE - edging included in my opinion.

          I normally edge a couple of times a week maybe every other session, I found that my body wasn't giving me the really positive indicators if I edged every day, but you may be different. You really just have to go by how your body reacts to the exercises and which goals are a priority - overcoming Pre E or enlarging, of course a happy medium is probably best.

          Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!

          If Big Al suggests edging every day, it is probably best to take his advice as he is very experienced and very knowledgeable!

            I know the PIs but maybe I should put more awareness on them.
            I took the edging from Big Al's work out out and I am applying this: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...echniques.html
            I haven't read there anything about rest days, but I will look at my PIs now, but until now I haven't noticed a negative effect of the arousal techniques.

            EDIT: Just saw you complementig my layout. Thanks, but what do you mean exactly?

                SECOND WEEK (August 20th - August 26th):
                STIMULUS: little to no imaginatin GOAL: cement/fix 20 minutes before starting no level of stimulus in the third week

                DAY ONE(ea): 20/20 minutes - easy, no ponr
                DAY TWO(noea): 20/20 minutes - easy, ponrx2 due to increased tempo at the end
                DAY THREE(ea): 20/20 minutes - strong arousal due to pre-arousal and imagination
                DAY FOUR(noea): 20/20 minutes - easy, ponrx2
                DAY FIVE(ea): 23/20 minutes - easy, ponrx2, repeated periods of increased tempo (no problem)
                DAY SIX(noea): 25/20 minutes - ponrx4, difficult after 15 minutes due to strongly arousing fantasies, last ponr was countered automatically with strong k (this one somehow would have ended in ejaculation without this automatic response - interesting)
                DAY SEVEN (ea): difficult due to vivid and strongly arousing fantasies, ponrx3 (I SAY WHEN TO CUM!), third ponr -> ejaculation, no cramps, no pain, enjoyed more with whole body not just with the penis

                CONCLUSION: It's very interesting and I am learning very, very much.

                WHAT'S NEXT?: Currently doing Big Al's routine, seems to go well. Concerning the arousal, the third week will start at 5 minutes up to 20 minutes again, because vivid and strongly imagination plus tempo is very hard for me because iks return like the first day of edging in the first week.

                  MO: 5/100 Jelqs, 3/15 kegels 7/35 reverse kegel
                  WED: 10/100 J, 3/15 k 7/35 rk
                  FR: 15/100 J, 3/15 k 7/35 rk

                  BAR WEEK TWO:
                  MO: 20/100 Jelqs, 6/15 k 14/35 rk

                  Arousal Technique WEEK THREE: (ea/noea is obsolete because it has no influence)
                  GOAL: stronger imagination = stronger arousal handling more and more minutes and snapping out of it if time goal isn't even close

                  DAY ONE: 6/5 minutes - easy but strong arousal when imagining explicitly and vividly, extreme when imagining where to come in the fantasies (was to provoke ponr), rapid mind arousal should not increase tempo or iks!

                  DAY TWO: 12/7 minutes - easy, same arousal level like last time, same imagination level but BREATHING was decreasing as the arousal/imagination increased, be aware! ponr#1 continued afterwards for 2-3 minutes, EQ not the best maybe too tired, arousal feeling was nice to stay in

                  DAY THREE: 16/9 minutes - easy, ponrx2, pre-arousal through accidental porn while researching the term queefing, could take strongly arousing fantasies longer, but not enough long!

                  DAY FOUR: 12/11 minutes - easy, ponrx1

                  DAY FIVE: 15/15 minutes - hard, after first ponr couldn't quite reduce arousal while fantasizing, ponrx4, may add another week with this goal

                  DAY SIX: 17/17 minutes - very hard, getting too worked up with fantasies too quickly, also pre-arousal through the leak pics, 8-10xponr

                  DAY SEVEN: 21/20 minutes - easy, no ponr in 20 minutes, provoked ponrx3 with strong imaginations plus increased tempo, BREATHING is the biggest problem, forget it when imagining

                    AT Week FOUR:
                    WED: 16/10 min - easy, get used to physical plus mind stimulation, ponr#1 automatic quick k to stop followed by quick rk, ponr#2 reduce arousal with just rk and waiting (not so close to ponr), ponr#3 (felt it coming!) could reduce arousal with rk

                    THU: 20/15 min - no ponr after strongly arousing fantasies and increased tempo for 15 minutes, forced first ponr after fantasy+tempo+tighter grip, automatic stop by k (=ik?), 5xponr no idea if rk or k plus rk is better to stop ponr

                    FR: 21/20 min - easy until minute 18, ponrx4, ponr 1+2 reduced arousal with rk-k-rk, ponr 3+4 within few seconds, still not sure if k as reaction to ponr is good with pre-e

                    SAT: 0/22 min - was out, didn't have time

                    SUN: 22/22 min - very hard, edging breaks seem to equal for my body what once were masturbating=ejaculation breaks, definitely have to use edging breaks!, felt like first day of eding, 7xponr still learning to just rk plus wait when ponr, heavy iks almost no imagination, got better after 10 mins, dick feels fuller, longer and EQ was way better - have to use edging free days (=PE break) and avoid ponr/prolong time to first ponr

                    MO: 24/24 min - easy, avoiding ponr/prolonging time to ponr = new edging goal, not much imagination because this triggers enormous arousal and is now counterproductive if too much and too arousing, has to ease better, maybe one/two weeks more with this goal/method, after imagining EQ was like glass without more like pushing against the tip of my nose

                    TUE: 26/26 min - no ponr, arousing fantasies but good snapping out of it to keep from ponr, erection feels bigger, don't know if perception, gains or weight loss

                    WED: break (I will just edge if it's a workout day in Big Al's routine, seems to give me better EQ und more arousal)

                    THU: 30/30 min - easy until minute 17, after that very hard to avoid ponr but did it with mainly waiting and light follow up stiumlation without imagination, through whole thirty minutes though firing up arousal level with imagination to get used to longer periods of that level, orgasm was very unpleasing my have taken too long after minute 17

                    I am in trial and error modus with stimulation from fantasies. Will not go any further (audio stimulation etc.) if I can't control that stage (peak of this stage: edging after break for 30 minutes with imagination the whole time)

                      Of course I am doing warm up, Oriental Massage etc. but I am just writing down what I have to increase gradually.
                      Recently Big Al adviced me to exclude kegels/reverse kegels until I have mastered arousal and iks. I will of course follow this advice and see how it goes. Also, I try to edge just on PE-days instead of every day. Should give enough break for my penis to heal. Before I forget, I will just measure, when I finished the 6 weeks or so from Big Al's Routine and after the break just before I start the second six weeks.

                      EDIT: Forgot to mention: I am now down to 211.2 lbs.

                        15.09.2014: 50-0-5;
                        16.09.2014: 50-0-5;no edging because eq during normal PE wasn't best
                        17.09.2014: complete break, test erection wasn't of best eq, no specific other PIs
                        18.09.2014: 50 Jelqs (plus Oriental Massage as always), maybe just 80% erection achieved, may be low on libido (last erection and edging is some time ago), no (other) negative PIs, even good hang all day

                          22.09.2014:50 Jelqs Saw that Big Al does Jelqs with one hand, so double every Jelq count I wrote down. EQ was rock hard when I did stimulate my head directly with the foreskin pulled down (for the part of Oriental Massage), also dick seems bigger and longer, break was definitely good

                          28/30 min - not easy because of the edging/ejaculation break (7days); could always stop before ponr, in minute 17 stimulated head dry with foreskin pulled back, did help very well until minute 28 -> couldn't stop ejaculation anymore (though ending with ejaculation was intended this session)


                          23.09.2014: 50 Jelqs+OrMa; no edging
                          24.09.2014: 30/30 min - had the urge to ejaculate, so broke rest day and eged, minute 10 seems to be nearly always time of first near ponr, have to increase that time somehow, after that waiting seconds and rks help, have to increase whole session time and time of first near ponr

                          25.09.2014: 50 Jelqs+5ks7rks+OrMa

                          21/30 min - minute 19 first ponr, somehow could not reduce arousal anymore, try small steps again! (time of first ponr increasing while nearly constant imagining)

                          10/10 min - no ponr until minute 10 (again, minute 10); took it too far and felt it already rising -> ejaculation; didn't want to risk retrograde ejaculation or worse; NOT GOOD! Now PE break than I start with 12 minutes without ponr etc. also I will try to have more than 60% imagining/stimulus time

                          CONCLUSION: Good PE week, but weak and bad edging week. Will be better next week!

                            29.09.2014: 100 Jelqs (doubled, since couldn't do two separate sessions) also 10 rks.include k/rk 40/60 again

                            12/12 min - no ponr; feeling a little bit sore though in the pelvic floor; not the best EQ; could reduce arousal WHILE imagining pretty well through concentrated breathing with lower abdomen; did reduce penis arousal level and mind

                            30.09.2014: AM: 50 Jelqs plus OrMa, PM: 50 Jelqs plus OrMa plus 10 k and 10 rk (one k, one rk and so on) plus 5 rk

                            15/14 min - very high arousal at beginning; close to near ponr, but never really; according mind arousal control:
                            imagine then immediately breath in deeply with lower abdomen and rk aka relax, seems to send overdrive into whole body not (just) penis; also noticed when I decide to come it nearly happens on its own; all together a good session

                            12.10.2014: experimented with porn; lasted few minutes; stopping while still seeing and/or hearing didn't reduce arousal but increased it;

                            19/27 min - came after 19 minutes because I took it too far because I wanted to achieve my time goal; feel like I am not making any progress anymore; have to research arousal control again


                            CONCLUSION: Yes, I have to research arousal control again, but today I don't think I should beat myself up that much as I did yesterday. I DID make progress as I realised while tiping the whole post. I now just have to "cement" the progress (say 15 minutes for starters). How would I do that? Any special tips?

                            Concerning the Penis enlargement, there is now a break to grow After that I will see what method I will use (or if Big Al's is still in use, I cannot remember right now^^)

                              19.10.2014: (first day of porn-experiment)
                              4 minutes(!); It's interesting how my penis is ready to shoot just from seeing her strip, in minute 4
                              I just came; couldn't stop it anymore; after that I didn't even wait and went on just for the sake of experimenting; it took me 23 minutes
                              to come again (Video ended); I could hold the I-am-going-to-come-feeling much longer; I am interested how the not coming edge day tomorrow works out;

                              21.10.: 31/30 min (no ponr 13/10 min) - one real near ponr; was mostly imagining, could control it with very deep breathing and long rk holds; sometimes tired mind drifted off but modt of the time I was imagining very
                              arousingly but I didn't let it control me; after 28 minutes I had some spasms which felt like the first of

                              24.10.: was experimenting with erotica and I could go for 33 and more. First ponr I think was after 10 minutes
                              or so but I could hold the arousal higher than with my imagination (Not that they are not as arousing but reading is different)
                              and did just stop head stimulation when near ponr and went for the shaft which felt harder and veinier than before

                              25.10.: Porn experiment: 15/15 min - achieved my time goal of 15 minutes; porn does not affect my imagination edging or EQ

                              33/32 min - (no ponr: 16/10 min) - Nice edging session; New goal is to apply CONSTANT stimulation over the whole session;
                              Just slowing down as much as needed; since I have missed Monday edging and probably will on Friday I made this a session ending with cumming;


                              31.10.2014: 5x5s squeezes 100xsidetoside-stretches

                              02.11.: erotica - 31 minutes - was not difficult until minute 21; I am happy with this session;
                              Porn the same day 35(!) minutes; I am feeling progress in all edging aspects!

                              03.11.2014: 5x5s squeezes 100x sidetoside-stretches

                              05.11.2014: rested because dick was turtling and Kind of hard flacciding the whole day

                              35/34 min - very satisfying result; ejaculation was very urgent to happen, have been extremely horny all day; did use imagination as much
                              as possible (as in how fast my mind wanders off ); no real ponr until minute 30(!); KEY here was looking at the clock
                              much less than before.

                              08.11.: erotica - 35/35 min - hard after 15 minutes, but pulled through until minute 35!

                              09.11: porn - whole video (31 minutes); stayed really long in very pleasureable plateau; flaccid was better the whole day, but I will not do any
                              PE the next week except of edging

                              12.11.: 37/37 min - (no ponr 15/10 min)- not really looking at the clock is the KEY; feel like I finally accomplished the imagination part;
                              it is now really hard to not wander off; time to start thrusting because these and long hard strokes give me
                              strong iks and early ponrs

                              16.11.: I woke up DURING a wet dream (can remember it perfectly); after that ejaculation my mind couldn't let go off masturbating
                              So as always on the weekend I started porn and came non intentionally after 3 minutes. I than continued immediately until the end of
                              the video (20 minutes). I have to keep a good balance between too much cumming and too less. The wet dream and the
                              extremely short cumming time the first time are warnings for too less!

                              CONCLUSION: NOT REALLY TIMING YOURSELF, BREATHING DEEPLY, RKS IF NEEDED(pelvic floor feels really relaxed now)
                              CUMMING TOO LESS IS AS BAD AS CUMMING TOO MUCH
