3.5 hours today. I've now gone 10 days without the vacuum, logging only a few hours a day in the traditional extender. The blister location now looks essentially normal. I'm really anxious to get back in the phallosan. I'm going to try to stick it out for at least a couple more days and then gradually taper in some hours in the vacuum mixed with hours in the noose to do my very best to avoid a reappearance of the blister.

    Running tally: 170.5 hrs.

Based on KITM's recent posts suggesting that phallosan users need to get at least 60 hours per week to see gains (https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...tml#post943817), I've decided to add another metric to my progress log: what I'll call "extended hours concentration" or EHC. EHC is the number of hours spent extending out of the number of hours that passed to reach that total. So the EHC for a single day would be the total hours in the extender that day divided by 24, and the EHC at the end of a week would be the total hours in the extender that week divided by 168. KITM's 60 hour weekly benchmark, suggests that we need to maintain an EHC of about (60/168)x100=35.7% to achieve discernible gains. My daily goal of 10 hours equates to an EHC of about (10/24)x100=41.7%. So along with my "running tally" of total hours since I started recording my log, I'm also going to list my EHC for the day and the cumulative EHC for that week.

I'm still avoiding the phallosan vacuum as my blister heals, so my EHC for this week will be low, but hopefully I'll get back to my goal levels by next week.

4 hours of conventional extending today, 11 days post-blister.

        Running tally: 174.5 hrs.
        Daily EHC: 4/24 = 16.7%
        Weekly EHC: 4/24 = 16.7%

It has now been 12 days since I got a blister and a couple days since any lingering discoloration and dryness in the area appeared to clear up. I think I'll hold out one more day before gradually reintroducing my glans to its hypobaric environment. I completed 5 hours today in the traditional extender.

          Running tally: 179.5 hrs.
          Daily EHC: 5/24 = 20.8%
          Weekly EHC: 9/48 = 18.8%

Yay! I love it that this is...wait, I don't know how to say this.

It's rare to see someone taking an extra day just to be sure the injury is fully healed. And "Yay!!!" that it seems to be fully healed. I hope this makes sense.

Good luck, and big gains buddy! Fingers crossed for you.

Thanks Frankencock! I'd probably be more cavalier about jumping back into the phallosan if I hadn't read ShaneC and other phallosan user's accounts of recurrent blisters. I just want to be sure everything is healed up before resuming with the vacuum. I'm sticking with the traditional extender exclusively for today, but all systems are go for a couple hours in the phallosan tomorrow!

I could only muster 2.5 hours in the noose today. Looking forward to the phallosan's exalted return tomorrow! Here's hoping the blister doesn't immediately reappear!

So far, so good after my first hour back in the phallosan. No signs of the blister. I decided to use the medium bell since my glans looked small in the large (which I typically use) after days away from the vacuum. It was a little challenging to get into the medium, but it only took a couple pumps to pack the bell. I also decided to use my rod-extender base adapter instead of the belt because it is more stable with less shifting or fluctuations in tension. The blister first appeared while I was wearing the belt system so I felt like the rod base was a safer bet. I'm going to get a few more hours with the noose and then try another hour with the vacuum bell later today.

2 hours using the vacuum bell with the rod extender base and 5 hours using the noose for a total of 7 hours extending today. The spot where my blister was still looks good. Guess I'll try for 3 hours in the vacuum bell tomorrow.

Day 2 of my tapered reintroduction to the phallosan vacuum, supplemented by hours in the traditional noose extender. After 2 hours in the vacuum bell yesterday without provoking the blister's reemergence, I upped the ante to 3 hours today and the coast is still clear. I used the medium vacuum bell yesterday and for the first hour today, but I brought back the large bell that I had been using before my injury break for today's second and third hour because my glans would no longer fit in the medium. I've used the rod extender base attachment for all of my hours back in the phallosan bell because I think it is less likely to induce blister recurrence. In addition to the 3 hours of vacuum extending, I clocked 2 more hours of traditional extending with the noose for a total of 5 hours today. I'll try to get in 4 hours with the phallosan bell tomorrow.

4 hours in the vacuum bell and 2 hours in the noose (6 total extended hours). Still no sign of the blister. It's taken me about a month and a half to accumulate these 200 hours since resuming my routine and starting my progress log. Between the blister and earlier the bruising that had me taking breaks or reducing hours, I really hope to pick up the pace! If I make my 10 hour goal every day for the rest of the month I could have another 200 hours before Halloween! I've been avoiding the phallosan belt since I got my blister while using it, but I need to get back to wearing it if I want to rack up those hours while in public.

8 total extended hours yesterday: 5 hours in the vacuum bell and 3 hours in the noose. I also reintroduced the belt system for the first time since my break for two of today's vacuum extending hours. Thankfully, still no sign of my blister.

After zero hours on Saturday, I finished the week with an EHC of 17.6%. This means that I was in the extended state for only 17.6% of last week's total hours. A number of factors contributed to this low figure: aside from the break I had to take yesterday, I couldn't do any extending in public last week since I wasn't using the belt, and I was either using the noose or phasing the vacuum back in gradually. So hopefully this new week will yield a significantly higher EHC.

                            Running tally: 208 hrs.
                            Daily EHC: 8/24 = 33.3%

8 extended hours yesterday: 2 hours in the noose and 6 hours in the vacuum bell. I used the belt for 4 of the 6 vacuum extending hours and wore the device while sleeping for the first time since my blister during 2 of those hours.

                              Running tally: 216 hrs.
