In the mean time, I think I will be picking a simple yet effective routine for Clamping 3 days a week.. I'm finding it's really helping with the EQ.. I will be going 2X10min sets to start, with breaks with the bigger man clamp.. I know some have complained about the clamp, but I am using a silicone sleeve from the LG with mine and it's working great.. Ironically when clamped for shits and giggles I measured, I am a 1/4" smaller in the upper 1/3 of the shaft (towards the Glans) then when not clamped.. Can't figure that one out.. Take the clamp off get very erect and I have my full size back, clamp restriction of some sort..

I would also like to report only 1/8" gained in BPEL with ALL the hanging I've been doing for a good 2 yrs now.. I don't care I gained to a very acceptable goal and size, so I think it's time to pack away the hangers for good this time and concentrate on EQ and using the new size, I have yet to bed a women with it and it's making me kind of nervous..

Well same same old for the clamping.. I might actually have just a teeny weeny bit of head expansion going on now.. There is a red band coming just ahead of the coronal ridge towards the tip.. And when erect in the clamp and "pulse myself" I feel the pressure in the glans the most in that spot.. I might actually get the nice mushroom head I was looking for thru steady clamping.. And the EQ is still up there!!

Have it now, and did a few sessions.. I must say I had doubts, but I am impressed.. 15 min so far, and it seems to be keeping me nice and plump when not doing anything.. Easy to use and the pressures are consistent I can see using it daily without issue..

Hey Master-gauge I just read your whole log for inspiration. I was wondering, do you think you have cemented your gains by now? If you stopped all PE, would you expect a big loss of gains? I'm hoping to make gains like you but it would suck if you lose them by taking a long break
Well thanks, I hope this log does inspire men to take up the PE game.. U don't know unless u try it!! I would say the losses would be minimal.. I wouldn't expect to loose more then 1/2" or so BPEL myself.. I kept floating down a 1/4" every time I stopped with the hanging.. But, I if did a little bit of Jelqing etc. that would come back in a few weeks.. I would say EQ and loose ligs are MY losses when that happens.. That would be if u stopped completely, most guys myself included will not likely completely stop PE.. We will always be doing a little bit off and on, clamping, jelqing etc.. I found my new device to be quick and effective at keeping me "fluffed" up.. Simple, no lubes, minimal cleaning etc.. EQ is way up to were it should be..

Well, it's been a long while since I've had anything to say training wise, lol.. Very busy up to this point, I just started up hanging with the LG again, but this time I decided to try the "Cap" setup over taping up.. I was looking at the site and that cap was pretty pricey to get up here so I went looking for some alternatives.. I found these on Amazon and figured I could use at least the thumb protectors for a cap, or at least I was hoping I could..
This worked perfect!! They are very soft and very stretchy, I had to stretch the thumb protector and leave it to stretch it out over an object, but it's flexible enough that it works great!! It solved some issues with sealing up w/ the vacuum and it allowed more glans expansion in the chamber to fill it properly.. Taping if done a bit too tight didn't offer the expansion like this, pretty sure this will continue to work great..

Half of the week in with the new "silicone sleeves".. I must say this is going to work awesome!! They allow full expansion in the chamber, a lot more then using tape, very soft and very comfortable.. I also noticed there are literally no air leaks from the chamber, once it's on and pressure set, it's there for the whole 60mins and doesn't budge.. As far as size goes, I noticed that I am a far bit "chubbier" in the chamber (seems to be getting tight) since I stopped using LG a long while ago now.. Could it be I have grown a bit on the glans on the long break??

Interesting. I also recently bought finger protectors to use as silicone caps. I haven't had as much success with using it though. They have a way of slipping forward over the glans during a set, which creates a gap. Dunno why it happens. Maybe it's the shaft skin slipping downward and protector going along with it.
^^Forgotten, it might depend it u are cut or not.. I am not.. I stretched the thumb protector on an object (with a rounded end on it) just slightly smaller then my unit, I found it had great grip and allowed full expansion of the glans when pumped.. I think I did grow a little bit too on the break because I am a fair bit tighter in the chamber then I remember.. That might be a reason it's working too..
