  • 3.5 year mark this week on the PE Journey!! Whoot Whoot!! Seems like I just found this place and started.. Come Nov. I hope to be done attempting to grow..

        • Still chuggin' away, lol.. Still at 5 lb too, but I'm going to say I know I gained some of the loss this month I had made with the Malehanger when I stopped hanging last year.. I'm resisting the urge to measure until July!! When u know, u just know!! I've been doing this for the last 6 weeks..

          I'm Fulcrum hanging right now, which is a bit new.. I tried the Rice Sock Duct tape before and all that fun.. But it just never fit right.. Up to this point it has been mostly Straight Down and BTC.. I've never went Over the Shoulder, etc. ether..

          So I decided where is it easier to hang fulcrum with the LG I would try a 2.5" PVC Pipe screwed to a dowel.. Bingo!! the angle is steep but not to steep.. And the dowel can be rolled to tweak the angle because it is like a "cam lobe".. Making it more or less intense.. I'm doing this all with 5 lb freakin' pounds!! Tried 6 lb a few nights, and it was too much burn..

          I might actually get over the 7" BPEL and maybe get that last 1/4 gain I wanted for insurance by the end of the year!!

            • Forgot to post the current routine and one I hope to finish up with..

              10 min warm up.. Heating pad..

              40-45 min of the LG Hanger (right now 5 lb) in fulcrum hang with device above..

              5-10 min With heating pad again..

              Currently 8x2 min pulse pumps @ 5-6 HG..

              Heat pad and Girth band for 20 min..

              Done..

                  • Got some more weight off too, and looking long and strong... 20 more lb and I'm weighing close to my 11 grade weight 18 years ago!!

                    • 7.5 lb this week.. I also added 10 min straight down after the 40 min of fulcrum hanging.. Man can I feel the burn once I do the switch at the end!! One way to know for sure the fulcrum hanging ain't hooey.. Onward and upward!!

                      • Bit of superficial bruising showing up on the top of the shaft, no big might have to lighten the vac pressure.. I notice I look nice and long after the session for possible growth, but the ruler says the same.. Keep on truckin' til the Fall I guess.. Oh, BTW how much was the most anyone here has hung in Fulcrum Hanging?? Just curious, I'm still at 7.5 lb right now..

                                I ended up with 2, 8 week breaks from hanging so far.. I needed surgery for hernias is why.. there were a couple of 1 week here and there.. Right now I'm doing no fap for 7 days and 21 day porn detox too.. See how things are at the end of that too.. There is not a lot more in the size dept to make me happy anyway.. 1/4 each way, I highly doubt the little extra length would be noticed.. Girth would be at this stage..
