  • Hello, B2D's progress

Hello everyone, my name is RJ. While I've known about PE for quite some time I've never really had the time or motivation to do it, but things change and I now have free time.

I am 28 years old, 5' 10" tall, weigh approximately 140 lbs. I work doing HVAC in new construction. I do light exercises every morning; push-ups, sit-ups, and leg lifts.

Unfortunately I didn't think to measure before I started it's been just under 6 weeks since I started, I am putting this up on here mostly so I have a copy of this not on paper that I keep losing, but you guys are more than welcome to come on the journey with me.

My main goal is girth, never really had any complaints about the size of my penis, I just think it could be better I suppose.

My workout routine may seem a little scant, but I like to slowly work my way into things, I used to go 0 to 120 in .5 seconds and burn myself out on everything I've since learned my lesson. I've been doing my workouts 5 days a week, typically Mon-Wed and Fri-Sat.

    End of Week 5 Sizes
    Erect Length: 6 3/8"
    Girth: 4 1/4"

Week 1: Shower/Warm-Up, 3 Sets of 10 Kegels, 10 second stretches straight out and in cardinal directions, 100 jelqs, towel wrap/massage.
Week 2: same as before but w/ sets of 15, 15 second stretches and 150 jelqs
Week 3: sets of 20, 20 second stretches, 200 jelqs
Week 4: sets of 25, 25 second stretches, 250 jelqs
Week 5: sets of 30, 30 second stretches, 300 jelqs
Week 6: sets of 50, 30 second stretches, 400-500 jelqs, Wednesday morning I noticed a small sore on the left side of my penis, so I stopped traction exercises and did sets of 5 30 second Ulis for the remainder of the week.

Well, wish me luck my 1 year goal is to be 7" x 5"

And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and focus on safety.

I recommend following one of the structured manual beginner routines for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Welcome RJ!

I agree with MrB8, sticking with one of the set routines for conditioned would be your best bet.

The jelqs are a bit high on the rep count, and ulis should be put off until at least 90 days, if not longer.

If there is an injury from PE, it would be advisable to rest until the injury is fully healed, or it may just make it worse.

Be safe, and patient. Good luck on your goals!
